I received a speeding ticket driving a vehicle that was substantially more powerful than I was accustomed to and, to be blunt, it was BAD. I was given a mandatory court appearance date where I likely would have been charged with reckless driving where I otherwise have a clean record. Mr. Stare was ab le to negotiate this down to a violation where the state allowed me to have a deferral on the ticket, effectively removing it from my record. All of this was handled via one phone call and a few emails. As a relatively new resident of Indiana, I was unfamiliar with how such things work and Mr. Stare was kind and patient any time I had questions and answered them in a concise manner that was very easy to understand. He was recommended to me by a friend who has a particularly lead foot, but based upon my experience, he is my first choice for any legal issue going forward, without a doubt!

Mr. Baldwin did great for me on my case. He got three of my charges dropped and helped me lower what I had to plea out too. I Have a friend in trouble but is unlawfully locked up and has Jeff Baldwin as his attorney. Me and 6 family members have spoken with Jeffrey and the moment after each individual has spoken with him and or his assistant we all feel a way about him as a person and as an attorney. One person asked was he a public defender. If you want an attorney to deal with your livelihood in a nonchalant sit back and wait on your verdict type of manner, then Jeff’s your guy.
