Anna May Howard is a most personable Elder Law attorney who looked after her clients well. She does not speak in legalese and takes the needed time to explain various actions that can be taken (with the pros and cons to consider) in making decisions we felt were right for our mother's situation. I live in Arizona and found Dan online . I called him and he immediately addressed my concerns. My moms Wedding ring was taken by a step sister before her passing .He took immediate action and retrieved her belongings took the ring to jeweler and had them inspect the diamond . Dan was very helpful as I was just diagnosed with cancer and knew I didn’t have any will or estate planning completed. He answered all of my questions I had and his price was very reasonable. In an effort to remain anonymous, I simply want to state the actions of this attorney cost me and my family dearly. Hired him for estate planning. Did the wills but failed to advise us on a timely process we should have underway at that time, a service he was hired to do but we did not know the proce ss existed. Not knowing what to ask or what we were missing, the ineptness of him and his staff caused irreparable damage. I strictly advise against using this attorney or his firm for any reason. (Jan 2023)

Mother in law used Claire Lewis years ago with her Husband and estate planning. Since he passed and sister took control of money. The estate dwindled to 25%. She guided me and husband with his POA how to take over and protect his mother.
