I have a company vehicle and insuance provided by my employer. I am unmarried and have no other vehicle to be insured under. My father let me test drive his project car which is a 1973 corvette around the neighborhood that had not run in over 25 years (happened to not be insured). Needless to say I e nded up with a ticket for driving uninsured and that carries a mandatory 90 day license suspension. That suspension would have put my career in serious jeopardy. Thomas was able to help me receive "specialized driving privileges" so I am capable of operating in full capacity at work. She may have been good once but that time has since passed. Says she will fight for you during the consultation and go to trial if necessary. Pretty sure she's only done 1 trial in the last 1 to 1 1/2 years. Makes you believe that your case would be better off plead out. Really doesn't care about get ting the best end result for you. Just wants to close your case out quickly. I did not feel like she was working for me on my side. She is not motivated to fight for you. Save yourself the money and hire a small firm that actually cares. These guys advertise that they are a big firm with a small firm approach. Client communication is lacking. Kathie nor her paralegal, Kendra, bothered to keep me updated on the case. Anytime I called, I spoke to a clueless receptionist who never even offered to send a message with my concerns or questions. Overall, terrible experience. My case may have been small fish to these guys but it was a lot for me having never been in trouble before. Maybe I wouldn't have a conviction if this lawyer had done her job. Hoping this doesn't happen to anyone else. Whole time she represented me, I felt she was distracted by whatever she had going on in her personal life. I didn't feel like my case was a priority for her even as we stood in the courtroom for my hearings. Her mind was always elsewhere. Got a mediocre result at best because she told me it was the best I would do. Got another opinion after the fact and showed my paperwork to another attorney who did more for his client with the same charge/circumstances. Made me realize how unrepresented I was this whole time. Really disappointed knowing this could have had a better result. Would never recommend this lawyer or the firm she works for.

Mr Kevin Potts is an excellent attorney that I hired for a 2 traffic tickets. When I called him the first time without hesitation he made me put my worries to the side as I am a cdl truck driver could not afford no more violations .He has plenty knowledge of the way the courts operate and would do wh atever it takes to satisfied you with your outcome that you choose. So if it wasn’t for the grammatical and spelling errors this review will probably have, you would definitely think it was fake review. Jesse is an awesome lawyer. He didn’t change me anything crazy and the first time we spoke he talked to me for like an hour on the phone getting pretty much a short l ife story from me. Every single time I called or text him he responded very quickly and helped with all my questions and concerns thoroughly each time. My case was for a violation of community corrections so it wasn’t a big trial or anything and at the rate he charged me he wasn’t making a ton of money from my case but he still went above and beyond like I paid him 50k or something. He was so good that after he got me what we wanted in court that the prosecutor told me I needed to thank my lawyer for what he did. Followed by another guy who I think was also a lawyer outside telling me that I should be very pleased with Jesse and what he did! Jesse changed my whole opinion of lawyers and really gave me a little faith in our screwed up justice system. I honestly can’t tell you just how good he was.
