Having never gone through the court system before, I was extremely overwhelmed when I initiated two protective orders. After careful consideration, I decided to hire an attorney. I contacted Ms. Lozano because she had represented my son as a public defender. Being from out of state, I did not know who to turn to, but I knew that years ago, she treated my son with respect and gave him the representation that he needed. My name is Karin. I'm a 35 year old woman who has had a few scrapes with the law but overall hasn't been in much trouble. Last October due to a Misunderstanding the police were dispatched to my home.
