I have used Linda B. Klain for all of my legal issues for many years and have always received impeccable service and amazing outcomes due to her amazing attention to detail, and her knowledge of all avenues of the law. If you need a defense attorney, contact Jacob Rigney. I found myself in need of an attorney for a case going back 14 years. I contact Mr. Rigney through his website and explained my issue. We talked several times before scheduling a meeting at his office. Mr. Rigney's fees are very reasonable an d if you can't pay for all at once he will work out payments with you. Mr Rigney always shows up for your court date early and will discuss the case with you and what is going to happen. Mr. Rigney is down to earth and easy to talk to and I felt really comfortable with him. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a defense attorney. I had a great outcome to my case and it's because Mr. Rigney goes to bat for his clients. I would like to personally thank Mr Rigney for everything he has done for me and my family. I talked to Jacob following an incident where a few people falsely accused me of a felony level charge. I called at 4am due to being pretty nervous and was surprised that he picked up. we setup an appointment for 1pm that day. Jacob knew the detective assigned to the case and was extremely helpful i n representing me during the investigative process and was able to provide facts to the detective that ended with no charges being filed against any party. Me and my friend got a public intoxication and disorderly conduct and we didn't know what to do. Especially for me cause I'm just a J1 holder and I'm new here in the united state. Then we got john razumich as our lawyer and told him about our situation and he told us not to worry cause he's gonna han dle it. And he did! I contacted John Razumich after having been arrested for "Disorderly Conduct" for not voluntarily exiting my vehicle when an officer requested to tow it illegally from a private parking lot after a traffic stop for expired tags. In a situation where I was stopped out of state, have no prior arrests, tried standing up for myself, I had my civil liberties violated by several Wayne County Indiana Sheriff's Deputies who destroyed my personal video of the incident, treated me with complete disrespect, including making verbal comments concerning my marital status (single), using excessive force causing physical harm to my body (while I was not physically resistant at any point), ignoring local laws which were cited to the officers. Once in custody, several additional rights were violated of mine, including: Not permitted to call an attorney, even though I asked more than once; not permitted to make a phone call; given medical request forms in Spanish instead of English; etc. As a result of not being able to make any outgoing phone calls, I lost my job due to not being able to call off work. When I contacted Mr. Razumich, I had very few resources and less than 2 weeks before my court date. John was amazing! He took the time to really listen to me and processed my case, even though it was out-of-county. He worked with me on an affordable solution to my payment plan. I didn't feel comfort trusting local representation due to the misconduct of the officers involved in my case. John was a breath of fresh air! Without his help, there would not have been a light at the end of my tunnel. He refused to be bullied by the "backwoods brotherhood" in Wayne County and provided me the representation I needed. I would definitely recommend John Razumich to anyone who is deserving of a good defense!

I hired him to represent my wife charged with probation violation, pi, possession of marijuana! He told her she would have to do time. He was terrible in court! He didn't have his defense together! He didn't ask for a continuance so he could finish gathering information! He acted as if it was not imp ortant! He didn't visit my wife when she was in jail or contact me before or after the trial!

Bradley Banks is an attorney I will recommend for any legal situation. He communicates on a frequent basis. He is very time efficient and knowledgable regarding the programs that are offered within the jail/prison system and wants to help his clients improve their lives. He is straightforward and will tell you what you are up against. He was very compassionate and caring regarding the client and the family. He will be the only attorney I will ever use for any legal needs. His retainer is reasonable, but you MUST keep up with your payments and on time. Most attorneys do not even offer this option. Brad helped my family thru a legal issue with my son. To complicate matters, we were moving out of state after the issue was resolved. Brad went out of his way to understand the implications in the state we were moving to and was able to help negotiate a plea that had the minimal impact for our son i n the new state.
