Kellie helped me with a personal injury case I had. Throughout the entire case Kellie was always helpful, cheerful and uplifting even at times when I did not feel like being "uplifted". She made me feel important even though I'm sure she handles much larger cases than mine. But the point is, she m ade me feel like I was a priority, she listened to me, and she ultimatly helped me with my lawsuit.

I only got to meet Amie in person one time and as soon as i met her, I could see that she genuinely wanted to help me. My trafgic case was so full of whacky and zany stuff and she was able to sift thru the nonsense and get right to the core of the issue. The court was intent on sending another person to jail who had no business being there and she stood up for me as if I were someone that was related to her. Also, I lost my job due to a felony conviction 10 years ago just as I only had to pay $125 and she has been lenient with payment and she is looking into trying to get it off my record. She is a caring person, and she has the same idea about humanity that I do. To help those who truly need it. Its probably not professional but I'd put myself out there to say that I truly do love her as a person

James was beyond great. He sent me everything that was being sent to judge so I really felt like I knew what was going on every step of the way. He took the time to review my letter I had written for the judge and gave me great feedback. Once my expungement was granted he went out of his way to call me to tell me the news instead of just sending me an email (which had been our only source of communication). He was always kind and sensitive when speaking to me about my situation and I never felt as if he was judging me, which was a big deal since that’s all my first attorney did. I had 4 misdemeanors I needed expunged because they were holding me back from every job opportunity even though I'm a college graduate. I am a practicing emergency physician and I worked with Mr. Trent Gill closely over a five year period. My journey with Mr. Gill began several years ago when I was sued for the first time. I served as the treating physician in a devastating case which ultimately triggered a lawsuit - a lawsuit that would be particularly challenging to defend. After my case was assigned to Mr. Gill, he immediately approached the situation courageous and determined - he assured me that he would do his best for me and defend the case aggressively. He also told me that he would, under no circumstances, settle the case unless I was completely comfortable with the decision. I must admit that, given the details surrounding the case, I had very little confidence in our ability to succeed. In fact, I am certain that many firms would have quickly settled - fearing an inevitable loss, bad publicity, and the high cost associated with a drawn out defense. Furthermore, many firms would have settled with me (as the defendant physician) having very little say in the matter. From the beginning, I was tremendously impressed with Mr. Gill's professionalism and attention to detail. I expressed to him my apprehension regarding my case, and he reassured me that the case could indeed be defended and that he remained optimistic. In the three years that followed, I worked closely with Mr. Gill as we prepared our case for panel. He was exceptional in every way and I could go on and on praising his performance as my primary attorney. I emailed him and called him repeatedly at all hours (I peppered him with all sorts of revision strategies, "what if" scenarios, and random questions). He always got back to me promptly, consistently offering support and reassurance. Most importantly, Mr. Gill was exceedingly compassionate. At times, I was an emotional wreck, feeling completely isolated. Given the circumstances, I was unable to discuss the case with friends and colleagues. In addition to being my devoted attorney, Mr. Gill also accepted the additional roles of sympathetic therapist and trusted friend, always taking the time to listen to me vent. In the end, our team received fantastic news from the medical review panel - the panel members unanimously concluded that I complied with the standard of care. Through all of the twists and turns, the back and forth submissions, and the painful discussions (as I was forced to retell and relive this horrific case again and again), Mr. Gill remained positive, handling every interaction with dignity, sensitivity, and careful consideration. In fact, he did his best to make this dreadful experience painless (and actually, a little bit enjoyable at times). Most importantly, in the end, we won! And I owe it all to Mr. Gill and his fabulous team!

I was run down on my bike by a State vehicle. It should have been a slam dunk situation. The State had a red light and I had the crossing signal. But the State was determined to make the accident my fault! John was recommended to me by a neighbor who thought highly of him. He quickly got on top of my case and several things impressed me: (i) We went out to the accident site and very carefully reviewed what had happened. (ii) John got statements from all the witnesses (they saw the plain truth!) (iii) When the State did their preliminary fact finding, wanting to know every place I had every lived and every band aide that had every been applied to my body, John cut them off. (iv) When the State took my deposition, John was very thorough in preparing me for what to expect and how to effectively present myself. (v) When medical bills got screwed up and unpaid, John straightened things out. (vi) Eventually the case went to arbitration. Again John prepared me very thoroughly for what to expect and had done his own homework to judge what we should expect from the State. (vii) In summary John kept me well informed at all stages of the process and prepared me for the parts I had to play. AND in the end, of course, it was determined that it is not, after all, okay for State Vehicles to run over bicyclists. But without John to make that case, I would have been left high and dry.

Anyone going through any case, especially disability knows it is such a long process. I can honestly say that if you want a caring, dedicated lawyer to help ease the stress of all of it, it would be John and his office staff. He told me up front that I needed to be ready to wait it out and that i t could take a very long time (which it has) From day one he has been honest and didn't sugar coat anything just to get business. If I had a question/concern I was always able to get quick responses and never made to feel like I was a bother to him or Dena. I truly feel that John is dedicated to fight for your rights and that he will encourage you all the way. I would give him 6 stars but they only allow 5, because I think he is that dedicated to your case

My husband was in a serious car accident, we were not looking to hire an attorney as it was an 'accident'. But, within a few hours the insurance person from the person that hit my husband was calling asking me questions about things that I had no idea how to answer. Lee Christie was recommended by another attorney who was a family friend. My daughter called him and was able to talk to him about our situation. After a week in the hospital, we were able to make contact with him. He never pressured us to hire him but he did say that felt that we should get someone to represent us. You don't realize how much of your life is routine until it becomes everything and anything but that. It's at that point certainty disappears and anxiety and fear begin to creep in. Over the last 2+ years much of what I have known is shuttling to and from appointments, treatments and surgeries. Throu gh all that, however, I also had reassurance knowing that Lee Christie and his paralegal, Jill, were there to help me make sense of and navigate the legal process, answer any questions I had and talk through things with me when uncertainty would creep in. With Lee I was always me - a person with a life that had been impacted in numerous ways - and I always knew he truly wanted what was best for and made the most sense for me.
