To say going through bankruptcy is a nerve-wracking experience would be an understatement. To say Dana Oglesby is the best in the business is also an understatement. I was impressed with Dana from first contact. I had left a phone message with her office. I was amazed to receive a call from D ana herself. I was expecting a call from an assistant or secretary. Dana spent the next half hour giving me detailed answers to my questions, and explained my options. I knew right away that she was the one to hire if I had to go through the process of bankruptcy. I was injured in a car wreck last year and I came to Rick for legal advice. Instead of taking a couple grand for repairs the first time I was contacted by the insurance company, Rick helped me really push back and get all my medical bills covered too. I couldn't give Mark a higher recommendation. It was a hard decision to file bankruptcy, but one that needed to be made. Mark and his staff led me through the ordeal seamlessly and always treated me with respect. I had many questions throughout this process. When I would call with a question, if M ark wasn't available, he would personally call me back that day. Mark and his staff made sure I was prepared for every step in this process.
