I have used Elisha two times. Once for divorce and once for child support modification. She got me what people said I wouldn't get in the divorce. I got the house, she protected my 401K and more. His primary concern was getting paid in advance. All the things that he said would probably happen, did not happen. He arrived late to court.. He only spoke on his cell phone with poor reception. He never told me his plans in advance. He sprung things on me at court. He didn't even listen to what I told him on the initiate time of hire. He was very disappointing. As a previous prosecutor, he seemed to side with the prosecutor instead of his client. I should have hired someone else.

Kassi Rigney is one of the best attorneys in Indiana. My husband and I hired her to help him with his drivers license reinstatement. After having his license suspended for life, three separate times, she was able to go to the court and prove he was fit for a license. Even after the BMV had reinstated the suspension, she took time to go in and work even harder to make them change it a second time. She has no idea what she has done for our family! My husband has had a hardship license for over 5 years and was wanting to get a CDL and thanks to Kassi Rigney he can now do that! She works fast and is very good at what she does. I hired Kathleen Sweeney after receiving a riveting recommendation from a prior client. He was facing Class D felony charges in State court and realized in the 11th hour that his attorney lacked experience. He changed attorneys to Kathleen one day before heading to court. Once there she plea barga ined like a bulldog, not letting go of the prosecutor until she had an acceptable deal with no jail time on the table. I knew Kathleen was the attorney for me. I subsequently witnessed Kathleen’s defense of a colleague during sentencing in Federal court. He had pled guilty and was facing a court recommendation of 110-180 months of incarceration. She spent significant time preparing for his defense. She genuinely cared about the outcome. Despite the prosecutor’s prior refusal to plea bargain, Kathleen was very persuasive in gaining agreement to refute claims for financial restitution. She also had done considerable research and presented numerous behavioral studies to the court in support of a reduced sentence. She was professional, but assertive, in challenging the judge’s perspectives on key topics affecting the sentencing. These factors, along with critical feedback she provided to aid our colleague’s statement to the court, influenced the judge to render a sentence significantly below federal guidelines. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a criminal defense attorney. I also consider Kathleen a very personable, caring, & honest attorney. Greg was very good at communicating by calling me every time I emailed him with a question. I did not meet Greg until my resolution court date which I wish I had met him before my court date. When I did talk to him on the phone I was barely given a moment to respond or ask questions because he talked the whole time. There were a few moments that he actually annoyed the judge, and I don’t think that worked in my favor, overall he was not the worst lawyer in my opinion but I’m sure there is better than Gregg especially for what you pay for.

When my DUI happened at 31 I had no idea what to do. I got in trouble for a small amount of marijuana when I was 18 and went to a lawyer that was family trusted and it didn’t feel like I got the best representation. I didn’t want that to happen to me again with something this severe. Went to google a nd found that Marc Lopez had plenty of great reviews so I gave them a shot. After initial consultation I decided to give them a shot. No specialized attorneys are ever cheap but it can be cheap in comparison to the costs for everything associated with a DUI. The classes, court fees, probation fees, potential fees from DMV, Ubers, breathalyzer costs. It’s unbelievably overwhelming. One Zach and Sofi got involved I definitely felt taken care of. Never hesitate to reach out or email questions. They’re on your team and want the same goals as you so there’s no question that’s ridiculous to ask. And the reason they have so many good reviews is once you’re taken care of they follow up. They want to improve as well. My ONLY DUI was for .12 and going 46 in a 35... Pullover right in front of the 45 mph sign. I was charged with 3 class C misdemeanors, and one class A of "DUI with endangerment." Since I lived 1 hour away, it was difficult to commute to court with a suspended license, so I trusted Marc to get me the best outcome. While he told me he got me from 4 misdemeanors to 1 (sounds good right?), he neglected to mention he plead UP to the highest offense and punishment. So now I have that to put on my resume the rest of my life. Meanwhile I've got a buddy who DUI'd the porch off a house and got a class C misdemeanor. I didn't do any property damage, was barely speeding, and I face a worse consequence. Don't waste your money. Better yet, spend money to avoid this hack.
