Hired Mogilevsky law to handle another case on a estate matter. The attorney never filed the paperwork with the court. I was insured that he had filed the paperwork and was waiting for a date with the court. I lost my house and all my assets do to very poor attorney. This law firm went well f or me the first time to a big joke. I lost a lot of money because of this law firm improper handling of my case. I am currently talking with attorney to take action on this firm. I have several e mails from Ashley Griffith assuring me that Chris is working on my case. To a bunch of bull about internet being down and can't send emails about my case to never returning phone calls or refusing to answer my phone calls. I will never hire this law firm again. Very sad that Eugene Mogilevsky can't even control his own law firm and get his staff to do the job that they are hired to do.

After my wife's family passed away, they left a 12 year old girl with no legal guardianship in Uzbekistan. My wife and I immediately traveled to the country gaining guardianship.
