The worst to work with. He will ask you the same questions over and over and responds days or weeks later. Does not know how to use technology/email and fails to do what is asked or is being requested. Started this process in November 2025 and its March 2026 and absolutely nothing is accomplished.

Edited 18 minutes ago Please go somewhere else. This is the worst law office I have ever been in contact with. Lazy, inability to do their job correctly, and will scam you out of money. They take retainers for cases they know they can't win (even though everything was discussed in the paid consultat ion beforehand) and then charge you more for a "solution" for a problem that was absolutely their fault to begin with AFTER offering to fix it on their behalf. I pray this message sees other families and prevents them the heartbreak this lawfirm caused my family.

As a father trying to provide a better environment and guidance to his daughter I was already at a disadvantage just for being a male in the state of IN. However after meeting with Crystal and seeing her preparation for our case I knew I at least had a shot to win. She is easy to reach through all li nes of communication and returns any missed calls promptly. She kept me and my wife in the loop at all times and never once made me feel insignificant or that any question/concern was irrelevant. I have used multiple other lawyers through the years to help me try to provide a better life for my daughter and Crystal by far has exceeded them all. She is very reasonably priced and uses a detailed system showing everything. So there are no questions or hidden fees. I have never had a lawyer be so prepared and ready to go for a hearing like Crystal was. I was very appreciative of her thoroughness and the amount of evidence she had prepared for the courts. She made the opposing lawyer look like an idiot and unprepared. Although my case continues Crystal is still hard at work for me. Mind you the case continues due to a poor Judge not wanting to make a decision in the middle of the school year even though the evidence was overwhelming for a change and a guardian ad leitem reports favored us and recommended a change. Just goes to show you the problems in this so called legal system of ours! But even through all of that Crystal still continues to impress and work hard for us. Honestly we feel very blessed to have Crystal as our lawyer and we have no regrets!

I am a father of two children. I retained Ms. Pulley because my ex-wife was falsely accusing me of being behind in child support and I was being denied the visitation rights that had been ordered by the court in my divorce decree. I was afraid of pursuing this matter in court because I feel that some times the courts may look upon the mother more favorably than the father. However, Crystal worked extremely hard on my case. Not only was she efficient, but she always remained professional no matter what the situation and she was good at explaining the various areas of the law that I didn't understand. I hired her for my custody case with my ex husband. She did nothing for me. I found out she knew his lawyer. We had a videoconference with him,but before we got on she told me that we wasn’t going to win and we should come back at it. After the video call I lost my kids and she sent me an email sayin g she was dropping me as a client. My mom was there with me. My girls got taken away for no reason at all. Now my girls are with him and the 16 yr old always cry and call me about him . She never evaluated the situation at all now my kids are suffering and I don’t want to pull them from there friends because that what there worried about. She is a really bad lawyer. I just want to point out a couple of things regarding Mrs. Pulley. I have a very interesting case going on regarding custody that has had a lot of things happen. 1st of all, if you want someone who’s going to pay attention to you and tell you the truth as long as you’re upfront about your situati on, this is the attorney to have. Crystal is very passionate about what she does and definitely does her research. Let me reiterate, she does her RESEARCH. I wasn’t paid to do this. I wasn’t asked to do this. This is just my experience with her as we navigate through my custody case. 2nd of all, any small changes within your case, she’s on top of it and will let you know. Regardless of the outcome of my case, I feel so comfortable dealing with Mrs. Pulley knowing that she’s putting her best foot forward to achieve a good resolution. I would personally highly recommend her for whatever custody issues you may be dealing with.

Finding the right attorney for a divorce case can be difficult. I made the mistake and hired an attorney by referral in the beginning and it costed me greatly on my Provisional Order. My case was difficult and my ex was a narcissist. We also had a child involved in a custody battle. Melanie was my se cond attorney who had to clean up the mess. I specifically searched for an attorney experienced in psychological cases and that is how I found Melanie. She created a dream team for me, and with my case being in Boone County, she brought on Jennifer Hostetter to assist. Melanie is not someone you want on the other side of your case. She is fierce, direct, to the point, and will tell you like it is. I respect her greatly for that. I had to have a custody evaluation done, and she knew the best in the business to help me show the court the flaws of my ex. She helped groom me, prep me, and at times had to reprimand me to prepare me for my case. Her confidence shines and she is highly detailed. She knows her law and how to work with narcissists which are not your normal divorce case. In court, she is a black widow, she knows how to make the other side, in a professional way, look like an idiot. While her services are not the highest or the cheapest, they are fair and worth every penny. She told me ways in which I could help keep my fees lower. She was punctual and I never had to track her down. I know she will miss my multiple emails daily, but she took wonderful care of me. In the end, the judge awarded me everything I wanted and we even received more custody than what the evaluation recommended. I highly recommend her.

Ms. Reichert was an absolutely amazing attorney from start to finish. I will preface this by saying I am an active duty soldier and I had no time back in the U.S. My son was born overseas, and really had no established "home." My ex-wife took my son and ran off to another state creating a smorgasbord of jurisdictional issues.When she took me on she had her hands full. I had gone through two other attorneys already in less than a year. And was paying two other attorneys in a separate state. Out of the two I had in Indiana, I lost one due to health issues and the other had actually signed some documents (without my consent) that relinquished my custody to my son. We were completely unaware of this until we actually stepped in the courtroom. She handled this issue with grace and agility without ever losing a beat. (There's nothing like getting a bomb like that dropped on you in the middle of a hearing.) She consulted me on how to deal with this issue and report the other attorney. She also was able to sway the judge to dismiss the document as evidence. I will never forget that. I eventually settled out of court with my ex-wife. During this process, my ex was arguing semantics and being very disagreeable, this cause a total of about 5 drafts on Ms. Reichert's end. She was patient and kind during the whole grueling process. By the time all was said and done, I recieved about double the usual parenting time that Indiana would have permitted in my situation. I feel like I may just have a chance to make an impact in my son's life and have a lasting relationship with him. For that I am eternally grateful and would recommend this attorney to anyone going through a divorce.
