I knew nothing about the long term disability process before I hired Mr. DuBach. My long term insurance cut me off and it was a terrible experience for me and my family. The insurance company harassed me and I just didn't know where to turn. After months of not knowing what to do, I found Mr. DuBach in the phone book. When we first met, he was honest about my chances- he felt it was a bad policy, but said he would do the best he could. Him and his wife, Lesley (paralegal), were so kind and kept me informed during the entire process. I hired him March 2013 and my case was just settled a few days ago. My Mom referred me to the Hankey Law Office. I have never worked with an attorney so I wasn't sure what to expect. I met with Mr. Hankey originally and Mr. Dubach represented me at the hearing. I was in a car accident my wrist and hand were injured. Mr. Flores assisted me with getting my medical treatment paid for and the maximum money the insurance company would offer for my vehicle to be repaired. He was patient with my questions and got my case closed in a few months shy of a year a fr iend of mine was in a similar situation and did not have his case handled as quickly or efficiently. Mr. Johnson was always available, business hours, evenings, weekends and even Holidays. He would acknowledge any questions or concerns I had via, telephone, e-mail or even text messages, in a timely manner. Being a very complex and complicated case, there were few moments when he was not personally k nowledgeable regarding a specific area, he advised me of such immediately, however he would then seek out the necessary information or persons whom where knowledgeable to keep things moving forward. He would always keep me informed as well as guide me. He never faltered. I always felt he was in complete control of any given situation of the case which seemingly branched in a multitude of directions and was extremely complex.
