I hired Mr. Daley to represent me in a case, the initial consultation made me feel comfortable enough to do so, after paying Mr Daley to represent me, he immediately became unavailable, every time I’ve tried to reach out to him I’ve been unsuccessful, He never returned any phone calls , in fact he ha s never even met with me in person, I didn’t feel that Mr. Daley would win my case, so I asked him remove himsellf as well as refund my money ,,,,,still no response, this is not the type of representation that you expect from an attorney that’s on your side, I’ve even driven to his office several times to try to meet with him. . No one is even available in the office to speak with you ..he did not communicate well at all pertaining to the case

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!! Once Matthew Daley received our retainer in JUNE 2024, he has YET TO FIX THE 1 ISSUE WE ORIGINALLY PRESENTED HIM TO ASSIST!!! All he has done is send less-than-basic contracts for our businesses and a demand letter HE NEVER FOLLOWED UP ON!! When asking him to close our account and refund the retainer of $5k, IN DECEMBER 2024, HE CONTINUES TO IGNORE US COMPLETELY!!! Not only are we out the money we hired him to get back, we are NOW ALSO OUT THE MONEY WE PAID HIM TO DO A JOB HE DID NOT DO!!

Mr. Daley is a wonderful attorney that gave me back my ability to live my life when Social Security Disability decided to stop all my benefits one day. Nearly dying from an aggressive form of Breast Cancer I fought and after continuous chemotherapy and other strong medicines I achieved remission. Unfortunately the chemo damaged other aspects of my health and left me still unable to do much. Not taking that into account SSD said if I was in remission basically I was cured and voided all financial and medical support. I'd lost the ability to provide life's necessities. Mr.Daly took my case fought for me and won back my benefits. I am extremely grateful for this man. Thank you Mr. Matt Daly for deciding to go to law school .

Matt Daily has been a hired lawyer for me as well as a public defender. Even as a public defender, Matt treats you as if you are a paying client. He goes out of his way when he doesn't have too. Matt took time when he was off work to file paperwork for me at the courthouse, and he even messaged back if you text him. He really works for you!

Romy was hired to help represent me through a heavy custody battle. As a father, in the state of Indiana, I had already fought the uphill battle and lost with a previous attorney. However, when I met with Romy and team, it was clear we had a path to success albeit several obstabcles in the way. I met Mr. Elswerky when I hired him to expunge an arrest record for my son. I was very angry that police arrested my son for no arrestable reason. He was visiting a fraternity brother when police knocked on the door. His frat brother refused to answer on the grounds that police didn't have a warra nt, which is his right. One police officer stayed at the front door while the other went and got a warrant. Frat brother opened the door and everyone inside was arrested. There were several young men in the apartment. Prosecutor didn't prosecute b/c there was nothing to prosecute, but my son ended up with an arrest record. I suppose the warrant could have been appealed, but when prosecutor didn't move forward we thought it best just to seek expungement. Needless to say I am still angry at the police conduct and can only hope for karma for them and their families. Anyway, back to Mr. Elswerky, who filed the proper paperwork, set up a hearing for expungement. My son and I met him at the courthouse to attend the hearing. We waited approximately 2 hours for the judge and prosecutor to start, as the prosecutor was busy with another case in another courtroom. In those 2 hours we go to know more of Mr. Elswerky. He explained what was going to happen in the courtroom and my son's future concerning the expungement. When all this happened my son was a sophomore on college. He is going to graduate next month and then off to med school. I hope this review helps those in need of a criminal lawyer. I also hope we will never need Mr. Elswerky, but just in case, I would definitely hire again.
