From the first time I spoke to Catherine, she was extreamly passionate about her job and it radiates of her. This was a huge factor for me as I wanted a real human being not just a heartless firm looking for a quick payout. It was a very smooth process. In 2017 a fraudulent contractor disappeared with my deposit payment. I sued him in the District of Columbia and won a judgement 2 years later only to find out that it was unlikely I would ever collect a dime of the repayment and the awarded amount for damages occurred.
