  • ★★★★★Excellent experience

    Lauren · litigation ·

My first law firm gave up on my case. It was an awful experience. Morris E. Fischer, Esq., took it over and aggressively obtained a settlement I was very happy with! He absolutely went above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend this law firm.

  • ★★★★Horrible lawyer

Morris Fischer is a horrible lawyer. He just takes your money and does not complete work with integrity. Do not use him AT ALL!!!

  • ★★★★★High level of expertise

    Matthew · litigation ·

I spent quite a bit of time looking for a good lawyer with his specialties and once I learned about his experience and capabilities, I knew that I would not be satisfied if any other lawyer were to take on my case. I am pleased to say that he accepted my case after our initial consultation phone cal l. Morris knew exactly what was needed to win my case. Shortly after we submitted a specific statement that Morris told me to get, the agency signed a settlement agreement with me, in my favor. I would also add that Morris exceeded the amount of legal work performed compared to the fees for my case. I highly recommend Morris and will be returning to him if I need legal assistance.

  • ★★★★Review of Morris E. Fischer, Esq.

I had a very disappointing experience with Morris E. Fischer, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to help others make informed decisions when seeking legal representation. I retained Mr. Fischer for a critical legal matter, paying a substantial fee of over $5,000. Unfortunately, I found his representation to be lacking in several important areas. He failed to prepare or file the necessary court documents, resulting in a complete abandonment of my case just days before a significant deadline. Additionally, I encountered billing issues, including charges for services that were not rendered and vague entries on invoices that lacked transparency. When I raised these concerns and requested a refund, Mr. Fischer dismissed my request without providing a satisfactory explanation. The emotional distress caused by his actions, coupled with the financial loss, has left me incredibly frustrated. I would advise potential clients to carefully consider their options and seek representation from attorneys who demonstrate diligence, competence, and a commitment to their client's well-being. Overall, my experience with Mr. Fischer was far from satisfactory, and I cannot recommend his services based on my ordeal.

  • ★★★★Do Your Research...

I conducted research online before scheduling a 1 hour consultation at the rate of $425. I completed the detailed questionnaire, provided all pertinent documents, and listened to his podcast to prepare for our call. I spent 46 minutes briefing him about my situation. It's clear he didn't follow his o wn protocol; he knew absolutely nothing about my situation. To make matters worse, he shared a random story or two about discriminatory language and the problem with using deragatory language (N-word and Anti Semitic). And with only 6 minutes remaining tells me about his retainer fee and advises that I may want to place the costs on my credit card to get started. I was extremely disappointed at the conclusion of the call. Please make certain you do your research before investing in legal representation. I learned the hard way.
