Eric has worked with us efficiently over twenty years in all areas, and consistently adds enormous value to our business. WIthout a doubt, he is our most important business asset. Work with him on any matter, and you will contact him for the next.
- ★★★★★Extraorinarily talented attorney and counselor
Fred Greenberg · real estate ·
Eric is my go to attorney for real estate issues. I rely upon him to provide reasonable and effective strategies for dealing with real estate issues. I have consulted with him several times on commercial real estate lease issues. In each instance he suggested lease provisions which dealt appropriatel y with the issues and, where I had a tenant or its counsel insisting on terms I found unacceptable, Eric provided talking points which ultimately were successful in convincing the tenant or its counsel to abandon their position. I find the advice provided by Eric to be sound, well thought out and effective. I recommend him without reservation.
- ★★★★★Excellent and Personable

I was so pleased that Mr. Kelston took the time to research and talk to other attorneys he knew to find me the right lawyer for the job. He seems like he really cares about helping you if he can and if not finding someone who can.

Attorney Bass helped us with a settlement agreement to mutually agree with our tenants to end a lease early. He made the process very quick and painless, from the phone call to preparing the document to sending it for e-signatures all in the span of a few days.

Andrew was excellent! I would highly recommend. He spent the time to prep the case (and me) to drive to a successful outcome! It was a great experience overall from the first call to the case close!

Attorney Andrew Bass is one of the best attorneys in the business. Attorney bass does not play around he gets result, I was very impressed of his performance going up against a well known attorney and totally destroyed him during my trial. I would highly recommend Attorney Bass to anyone who wish to get positive result on a legal matter.
- ★★★★★Six figure settlement

Andrew obtained a very large settlement in a construction matter without us having to go to court. He listens, remembers everything we talked about and has a lot of knowledge regarding construction. I highly recommend him.
- ★★★★★Highly recommended--contracts and small claims
Ted · business law ·
We hired Andrew Bass three times over the last five years. He assisted us to negotiate and draft contracts for major construction ($1+ million) and pursue damage to our vehicle due to negligence (Jiffy Lube). We have worked with many attorneys over the years. Andrew is diligent, honest and pleasant t o work with. His fees are very fair and his work is high quality. Most recently, we prevailed in our small claims case against Jiffy Lube with a settlement of $13,500 (almost 2x the max of $7k allowed in small claims court)

I had the opportunity to work with him throughout the entire Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) process. This can be a very tedious and overwhelming process, and I felt completely lost at the beginning. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and guided me every step of the way, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. He is very responsive, professional, and truly committed to his clients. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to successfully navigate the entire process until my student loan was officially forgiven. I highly recommend Adam 100% to anyone seeking help with student loan forgiveness or related matters.

- ★★★★★Adam Minsky helped me navigate PSLF successfully
anonymous · bankruptcy ·
I recently had my student loans forgiven more than 20 years after graduating from graduate school and law school. I could not have done it without my attorney, Adam Minsky. The process was confusing and frustrating. My loan servicer would not clearly explain how many qualifying payments I had made , even after multiple detailed inquiries. Like many people, I found it easy to put things off because the process felt overwhelming and time consuming. When program changes allowed me to count additional qualifying payments from my nonprofit work, I decided to seek legal guidance. Adam reviewed my records and gave me a clear assessment of where I stood, including how much time I had left to qualify. At a point when there was a lot of conflicting public messaging about PSLF, his advice stayed grounded in the actual law and requirements. He was responsive, practical, and easy to work with. He answered questions promptly and was available to talk through more complex issues when needed. His guidance made a complicated process manageable. After I applied, the final steps went smoothly, and my loans were forgiven. Given how long I had been dealing with this and how close I was to giving up, I am very glad I sought his help. If you are navigating PSLF and feel stuck or unsure, working with someone who understands the program in depth can make a real difference.
