He believed in my case and fought for myself and other employees. Kept me updated at all times. Answered any questions. Got back to me quickly. Felt comfortable. Thank you.

  • ★★★★★Adam Jeremy Shafran

To challenge my employeer for not living up to the agreed upon commission rate was difficult for me. Adam made me feel very comfortable and was able to get his head around my situation which was confusing, very quickly. I always felt Adam negotiated very well on my behalf. The outcome of the deman d letter proves this, I was exremely pleased. He kept me informed of each step and gave me good advice as what to accept and what to decline. a very uncomfortable experience became very tolorable and financial beneficial one. I strongly recommond Adam Shafran as a very good attorney.

  • ★★★★★He was very knowledgeable and resolved my problem successfully.

I consulted and hired Mr. Shafran to resolve the problem I had with my employer and he was extremely helpful. As my problem was complicated, I consulted with six different lawyers, three of which were online legal help lawyers, and three were local Boston employment lawyers. Online lawyers were not r eally helpful because they only provided a generic answer without listening to the details of my situation, and they were not experienced. Among three local Boston lawyers I consulted, Mr. Shafran was the most knowledgeable and most responsive and quick (gave me his phone number), and the problem was actually resolved in a way that he predicted. His fee was reasonable too. So I was really satisfied and would definitely consult with him again. I would recommend him for anyone who has employment legal problems.

Adam Shafran is the best. I used him when he was with a smaller firm and he was phenomenal. The state was horrified when they found out he was my attorney. Settlement was

  • ★★★★★EXCELLENT LAWYER!!!

    Steve D. · employment law ·

Adam is an excellent lawyer. I had trouble with my car one weekend and called my boss Sunday night and told him that I would not be in on Monday. On the previous Wednesday he had told me that we only had a few days left before getting layed-off for the winter because the town we were working in want ed us off of the road before we got any bad weather. I then called him all week and left several messages without a call back so I opened my unemployment claim. Two weeks later I got a letter that said I was disqualified because my boss told them that I never showed back up to work and he never heard from me againand that I had quit . Adam had me fax my phone records to The Dept. Of Unemployment to show all the calls I made to my boss and I was finally granted all of my checks in one lump sum after 3 months of waiting. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy and will always give you the best advise and would always return my calls within 1 day . Thanks Adam
