Heather worked with us to settle a property dispute. This simple case quickly became complex. During which Heather kept her composure and confidence. We were impressed with the competent way she handled herself and successfully guided us to a settlement. Thank you again Heather!

Having worked with Jonathan Fitch (Fitch Law Partners LLP) many years ago, I reached out to him for counsel in the midst of a wrongful termination. Jonathan brought Ms. Baer to the case, and she became the lead. Heather was thoughtful, thorough, responsive, and persistent. She proved to be a val uable and valued strategic partner as we entered negotiations with my previous employer. Although historically intractable, this employer succumbed to the presentation of our highly persuasive position, ultimately agreeing to a severance three times that of its original offer. Further, we reached settlement in fewer than two months--a relief, as I had feared a protracted battle. While I certainly hope not to find myself in such circumstances in the future, I would not hesitate to retain her again. I recommend her without qualification.

Prevailed at trial and the Massachusetts SJC on my behalf, in the case now known as "Mason v. Coleman". I never doubted that I was in the best possible hands.
- ★★★★★Amazing Attorney - Top Notch
anonymous · family law ·
Adam came into my very contentious 6 year divorce about halfway through and has been incredible from the start. He is savvy, smart and on point. Adam's background in criminal law has helped significantly in dealing with my spouse and his attempts to game the system. Adam knows how to stay in front of issues and has a solid barometer for the legal system and how things may play out. He has the ability to inform clients of potential upsides / downsides to any actions. None of his projections have been inaccurate. Adam is honest and reliable. The firm of Crowe and Dunn including Bill Crowe is one of integrity and reasonableness which is sometimes hard to come by in the legal realm. While I am still embroiled in litigation with a litigious spouse (judgement now on appeal by him), I cannot imagine how much harder this journey would have been without Adam at the helm. I highly recommend him for any of your family or criminal legal needs.

Last year was the first time I ever had to hire a defense lawyer, and i'm very glad I choose Adam Rowe at Crowe & Dunn. While my situation was not the biggest or most difficult case they ever had, Adam really spent the time to get to know me and put my concerns at ease. I really felt that I was tr eated as their number one priority each time we spoke. While in court, Adam did a great job building my character profile and proving that the allegations against me were false and unmerited. I would recommend Adam to anyone who needs legal representation in a court setting.
- ★★★★★Rev. Dr. Jean

My husband and I were in a horrific accident in Maine. He died. The truck driver was on drugs, 33 convictions against him and holding two drivers licenses. Three other cars were also totaled. Adam took the case for me. He was very attentive, knowledgeable of Maine laws, kept me informed, work dili gently on the case to competition. He always was considerate and answered my questions when I phoned. He was always concerned for my wellbeing. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney and would highly recommend Adam.

Attorney Ethan Z. Davis responded immediately to my email. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Although he was personally unable to take my case, he pointed me in the correct direction. Thank you very much for the referral and taking the time to read my very long email.
- ★★★★★Ethan is trustworthy, kind and communicative
Rachel · business law ·
Ethan helped me through a challenging period, ending a business partnership that went sour quite fast. By the time I'd reached out to Ethan, conversations were no longer productive. He handled the negotiations in a wonderfully tactful manner and did an excellent job diffusing a tense situation withou t giving in. I would recommend Ethan in a heartbeat to anyone needing to deal with a difficult business relationship.
- ★★★★★Persistent, diplomatic and strong communicator

I had the pleasure of working with Ethan on a workplace disability discrimination matter that he successfully resolved. I had felt as if I was facing overwhelming odds, but Ethan's advocacy quickly brought my former employer to the bargaining table. Ethan and his firm provide just the right mix of pe rsonal attention and expertise to champion such tough cases and it is my pleasure to recommend him.

I have hired and worked as a paralegal for many lawyers throughout my career. Mr Cornell is one of the few I have trusted with my life. His work ethic and demeanor are exemplary and you can rarely say that about many in this arena. He has stuck with our case despite the many challenges and obstacles we have encountered. At this point, there is no one else I would trust with our case, but Mr Cornell. His background in journalism also helps not only in dealing with the many aspects of a case but in writing his complaints, briefs or any legal documents. I would recommend him highly.

Stefan Jouret was immensely helpful and empathetic in helping me navigate a workplace dispute when false allegations were brought against me. He gave me the confidence to face these allegations and present my side of the story. He was well prepared for our meetings and helped me to achieve the outcom e I was looking for. A true professional!
- ★★★★★Huge Wage Act Victory
anonymous · employment law ·
In Nov. 2022 Stefan represented me as the Plaintiff in a MA Wage Act case in Federal Court in Boston under Judge Young. Stefan’s performance during trial was so good and professional that Judge Young complimented how well Stefan tried the case, which seemed like a rare compliment from a prominent jud ge. Stefan was well-prepared, alert and quick on his feet during the trial which led to a great outcome of our winning the jury trial with an expected $400,000+ final judgment in my favor (after mandatory tripling of verdict amount and legal fees). With my case, Stefan continued his streak of winning all of his jury cases. Stefan’s trial performance was spectacular, and he had a great strategy for each portion of the trial. Several examples include: 1) Persuaded the judge to not mention to the jury that their verdict would be triple, thereby preventing the jury from lowering the amount by factoring in the tripling. 2) Voluntarily and strategically dismissed all of my claims other than the MA Wage Act in order to force the jury to award on the most powerful part of my case rather than compromising on a less lucrative win for me. 3) Ingeniously got around a sensitive issue in which we were constrained by court rules about mentioning an important but sensitive topic. Stefan’s approach added even more benefit while also adhering to the rules. 4) Had video recorded deposition testimony that we played to the jury to destroy the defense on their key issue. 5) Used technology (e.g., animated presentation) was very effective at conveying our position in a very successful way. 6) Negotiated stipulations that worked well and effectively eliminated avenues for the defense. Also, during the case leading up to the trial, Stefan was on top of all of the case and court processes (e.g., discovery, depositions, memos) as well as filings. Stefan worked very collaboratively with me in preparing for the trial. I consider Stefan to be a foremost expert on several legal issues, including the MA Wage Act.

I consulted Stefan to resolve a potential Wage Act violation with a former employer. Stefan was very good at keeping me up to speed with the case as it was resolved very promptly. He is a tremendous help, and I'd trust him to go to bat for me again!

Stefan did a Stupendous job. I highly recommend him to those who are having a difficult time getting their money from companies who just don’t want to pay.
- ★★★★★Employment Case
Michael · employment law ·
Stefan represented me in a highly complex employment litigation involving state and federal statutes. He provided an initial consultation at no cost, during which he asked focused questions in order to understand the issues. Upon hiring him, he committed himself fully to the case. He had the compassi on to understand the human aspects of the case and then applied a creative and logical mind to the litigation. The case was challenging yet Stefan persevered throughout. Stefan is honest, smart, and caring. Litigation is not easy. I hope to never have to do it again. But if I do, I would certainly hire Stefan again
