I'm national of Brazil and I’ve met Attorney Maged during my internship at the Brazilian Immigrant Center, in Boston. Then he became my attorney when I started my H1B and then my green card petitions. He is incredible! He is such a great professional with so much knowledge about immigration laws. I worked with Bradley for years when I ran an international recruitment company. He and his firm handled all the immigration cases for my organization. They were so impressive that most of the employers that I referred recruits to, now exclusively deal with Maged and Rost. His partner, Kristina Rost, usually deals with the clients face to face, while Bradley processes cases and works behind the scenes. However, because I had such a bulk of referrals, I got to work alongside Bradley in a way most people would not. He works tirelessly to ensure that no detail of a case is overlooked. He makes life simple and uncomplicated for his clients, even if they never get to meet him face to face. He can recall details of cases very quickly and is pro-active making sure deadlines are met. He also happens to be a very nice person. I wouldn't trust my own immigration or that of my recruits to anyone else. In fact when employers told me that they wanted to use their own lawyers, I charged them double because I knew it was going to be double the work for me. This is really what you need. Someone who is going to wade through the ever changing mine field of immigration law for you, and say "sign here, I have done evrything for you"!!!

Patrick Gioia went above and beyond to assure that I got the best legal service humanly possible. From researching supreme court cases that could assist in my defense to checking in on me in between court dates to giving me a dress shirt to look more presentable in court Patrick made sure I had the b est chance I could at getting all my charges dropped and this enormous effort on his part ammounted in just so. He was even able to get my negligent operation charge dropped that I received along with my OUI charge, something that is very hard to do due to the vague wording of the offense making many driving scenarios fit under its description. Patrick was very well spoken in every single one of my court cases and took the time to prepare written statements and memorize then to the dot. On top of this Patrick did this all pro bono, as he was court appointed to me, demonstrating that he was very dedicated to his work. Additionally Patrick was always 100% honest with me and explained to me thoroughly every option I had before each of my court appearances so that I knew my choices, and he always allowed me to ultimately pick the course of action taken but never without making sure I was 100% up to speed. Overall I was very happy and lucky to have had Patrick as my lawyer and I would definitely seek his legal counsel again if I was ever to be charged with another crime, even if were to cost me a substantial fee. I highly recommend his counsel to anyone seeking legal advice or representation.

I have been represented by Mr. Gioia on multiple occasions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an attorney that they can trust and feel confident in. Mr. Gioia always made himself available to me, taking my phonecalls from jail, and he kept me aprised of any and all updates to my cases. Attorney Ryan Sullivan represented me in the Lowell District Court for 2 of my driving citations. And he won both of the cases in my favour. Which saved my driving license from being suspended because of my driving history. When I found myself, for the first time ever, facing serious legal charges in Boston Massachusetts, I contacted Rachel Self and 4 other well reviewed attorneys. Living on the opposite coast and with ZERO contacts in Boston from whom to get referrals, I resorted to online sources with profiles and re views. I left messages with brief outlines of my situation and waited anxiously to hear back, wondering how I would make this momentous decision. One of the 5 attorneys never called me back. 2 had very junior associates call me back a few days later. One senior person who eventually called back couldn’t or wouldn’t put succinctly how he would defend me. Rachel called me back late HER time the next day, explaining she always tried to return calls quickly. So, the first positive sign was that after a full day in court Rachel was returning calls to a mere prospective client late in her day.
