I just hired Dave for the second time to help me buy a condo in a new building that was being constructed and nearing completion. There were a lot of problems due to delays in construction, permitting issues and my bank not wanted to extend my mortgage rate lock. Dave did an absolutely incredible j ob handling all of it and got the job done. He is smart, persistent and very easy to work with. Plus, his fee never increased, despite all of the extra work he had to do. This is definitely the guy to hire if you are buyng or selling real estate.

I called Jordana to get a second opinion. A good friend of mine has a predator tenant who has been in her home for over a year. My friend hired a lawyer and it seems to me like there is minimal progress. When I spoke with Jordana she seemed to confirm my concerns. She is so knowledgable and fie rcely focused. She shared some information which should have been utilized by my friend's lawyer. I was so appreciative of her being willing to take the time with me even though I was not the potential client. (I will try to get my friend to contact her.)
