Josh took over my complicated Land Court case from another attorney after two years of frustratingly ineffectual and expensive legal action. He was able to file a motion in the Superior Court based on a contract dispute, forcing a very satisfactory settlement and ultimate dismissal of the Land Court case. He was extremely conscientious about efficiency and avoided much of the costly tit for tat rhetoric that seemed to slow progress during the first two years. I was extremely pleased with his performance and recommend him without reservation.
