Life is hard. It can get infinitely more difficult when the unexpected happens, leaving you with life changing injuries and an uncertain medical outcome. I had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended by a Mack Truck, out of nowhere, leaving me with a severely torn labrum which required surgery , a bulging disc in my upper spine, among other injuries. I was scared, having a very difficult time healing, and more importantly unable to have the presence in my family life that I had before the accident. I was devastated. And while the settlement helps in offering some resolution considering all the circumstances, I cannot stress how much his guidance, skill, and personal touch helped my wife and I get through this. Attorney Robert Feinberg along with Attorney Alexis Cahill of Feinberg and Alban handled my personal injury case in which I was seriously injured through no fault of my own. Robert is a great person as well as an amazing lawyer. He responded to my inquiry through his website immediately. He came out to our home to make our meetings easier for our family. He took all the time we needed, to answer all of our questions. He always returned phone calls, texts, e-mails (whatev er worked for us). He was always happy to talk to one, or all of us (he represented our young , adult son) . He ALWAYS kept us informed and prepared for any upcoming events or expectations. I just can't find the one word to sum up our experience but, I would choose him all over again.
