Bob and his team, including Holly Hinte are just amazing. They are to the point. I initially heard he was aggressive and ended up in his office to create a conflict. After additional 5 lawyer interviews and one disaster retainer I returned to him. He s just very knowleable, won t overcharge (he is ex pensive, don t get me wrong) but best spent money. Bob Rivers came highly recommended from a work friend so when I was served custody modification papers last September, I knew who to call. Bob has not disappointed. Steve efficiently and effectively converted conceptual sticking points into practical dollar implications in a way that made decision making significantly easier. While opposing council was taking an approach to generate legal fees and hassle, Steve pointed out where arguments would be more expensiv e in fees than I might recover so we could just move on. By helping to frame the boundaries and not get caught up in minutae, and by minimizing drama, it was easier to get to a deal.

I hired Steve as I had gotten a referral that he was the best for divorce cases involving complex compensation and high net worth individuals, with alimony and custody issues at stake. Steve has exactly the approach I was looking for. He's clearly not motivated by increasing his billable hours, he si mply wants to steer you towards the best and most efficient outcome for your divorce. He understood the issues quickly, was very adept at advising me on what my best options were, and was realistic about when to compromise vs when to hold my ground. Divorce is a terrible experience to live through for most anyone, but I am very happy I chose Steve to guide me through the mediation and legal process. Steve has also been readily available and responsible post-divorce, as any misc issues or questions with my ex have arisen.
