Terminated services for lack of professionalism between attorney Matt, and his peers Alyssa and elana. Missed appointments, delayed calls, billed for time that was not accounted for. Withheld client files almost costing me part of my case. I hope this help anyone considering hiring this attorney and his staff. Be wary do your do diligence. They don’t even respond to emails let alone phone calls. Even when called out for missing files to affidavit records they don’t respond.

The lawfirm is completely unresponsive. The attorney I worked with from the law firm (Elena Pavlou) was completely unreliable. No follow through. Lots of empty promises. Would cancel appointments at the last minute or just not come to the appointment (usually by phone) at all. Any time we did talk , it was always delayed by at least an hour. This is the most unprofessional experience I have had. I am needing to find a new lawyer. Save your time and save your money. The law firm of Matthew Kidd will take your money but not actually help you.

I don't want you to expect that Matt will always do this, but he gave me twenty minutes over an original 40 minute call, which I really needed. It was much appreciated. Matt understands how hard it can be when you're going through a difficult time at work. He’s been very responsible and thoughtful an d while of course he’s seen every situation a million times, he’ll take you seriously like he’s never heard of a toxic boss before

Attorney Jill Havens is unreal at what she does, 10/10. Please don't hesitate, if you are reading this, Jill is your light at the end of the Unemployment tunnel, (although it's somewhat more so like a MAZE at times). To be brief and not too descriptive, I had a full time I was fired from, started col lecting no issue. At my part time, someone in management had a bullying issue with me, for which I resigned. This caused them to discontinue all my benefits for 18 weeks! Jill was able to appeal my case, prove the employer was lying during the appeal hearing, and win all my back unemployment payments!! She literally saved my life! Please consider her for any and all unemployment needs! She is so knowledgeable, down to earth and genuinely caring about you and your case, I'd recommend her to anyone, always. Super punctual, she coached me for my appeal hearing and I wasn't even nervous when the hearing started, I was fully prepared.
