I had a car accident and got rotated pelvis out of it, and even that I haven't seen a doctor right after the accident, Luke Mitcheson made sure that the insurance company paid for the treatment plus a settlement to cover for other damages, the process was straight forward, all I had to do is to go o ne time to his office, he explained the process to me, told me what to expect, and that is it, he took care of everything while I focused on my treatment, kept me up to date via email or phone, answered my questions when I received mails from the other insurance company, if any one get into a car accident, I recommend you go to a doctor for a check up right away then you to Luke the next day, I would have had to do lots of phone calls with the insurance company if I went to him right after the accident

With this being my first run in with the law, I was terrified about what to expect, what was going to happen to me and how the whole legal process was going to proceed. I reached out to a friend and asked them to recommend a good lawyer and Claudia’s name was mentioned and highly recommended. During my first meeting with Claudia, I went in expecting just a bunch of lawyer lingo that I wouldn’t understand and would still just be left in the dark until a judge or jury decided my fate; well it was the exact opposite. Claudia was warm and welcoming and within the first meeting she already had a very good idea of how to approach the case and was able to explain things very clearly to me, which was a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. Within a week of gathering all the paperwork, facts and witness statements, she had already created a solid plan of action, a plan of action that eventually lead to my victory with the case getting thrown out; even if it ended up going to trial I was confident we would have won due to the insanely strong case she had built. Claudia represented me for an alleged abuse prevention order violation in Bristol County. From the beginning Claudia was supportive, explaining the complex legal details of the case in a manner that I could understand, she was aware that I had not broken the law and prepared the case and prepped me for trial. Unfortunately the trial was delayed due to scheduling issues at the courthouse; however Claudia used this time to discuss the legal details of the case with the prosecutor. At some point it became apparent to the prosecutor that Claudia had prepared a solid defense and that should the case go to trial, the Commonwealth would not have been able to meet their burden of proof. This ultimately caused the prosecutor to Nolle prosequi the case. Claudia put a lot of effort preparing for trial and produced exhibits that would quickly convince a common woman or man of the weaknesses in the prosecution’s case. Claudia is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough; she knows how important each case is for her clients. I was pulled over without realizing or having notice of my license being suspended and am facing a criminal charge due to this. I was understandably confused and very stressed about what I could be facing after looking online and seeing the worst possible outcomes. I looked around and was referred to Mr. Peterson.
