In May of 2016  I was charged with O.U.I alcohol,Negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a Marked lane violation. I refused the test and was arrested on the spot. I had heard of Jim from a coworker who was currently  going through the same ordeal. He came to my house went over the police report a nd said that he could help me. I hired him and not only was he able to get me off, but  he got all of the charges DISMISSED . My insurance company never even found out and my perfect driving record was restored. James is the best DUI lawyer in the world. I’m a CDL Class A driver and my license was about to be gone. I caught a DUI and James worked hard and diligently to get the case beat. If you're reading this you're probably in a lousy situation. Having no prior legal issues, or moving violations in my 25 years of driving, I was shocked (and pretty angry) to learn what I was facing with what i saw as highy subjective oui arrest. Now that it's over I can say that I am very happy i hired Geraghty. He not only knew laws and options but he also new the system, specifically Boston municipal ct. That was extremely helpful in managing my expectations and stress levels. It was an awful experience but the advice and guidance I received was critical for the decisions I had to make, and the NG verdict he secured.
