I had another lawyer first that never called me and when he did it was about all the things that couldn't be done for me because of a liability dispute, and they cancelled one of my doctor appointments. So I called Sam & Ash and they gave me answers and help getting back to my doctor. Ash was not wor ried about the liabilioty issue and ended up getting me the maximum settlement. I had another attorney working my case but was not satisfied with their communication. I felt that I was stuck and was nervous about changing attorneys halfway through my case. I decided to call around and see if I had other options. After being unable to get a hold of anyone else on a Saturday, (my lawyer at the time included) I called Ashley late at night. She picked up, talked me through everything, an answered my questions. I felt so comfortable and was immediately put at ease. Ashley even explained the process and told me my options including staying with my current attorney. It was very clear that Ashley cared about me, my health, and my case, not about convincing me to hire her. At that point, the choice was clear, I needed to move forward with Ashley. I was hit by a road raging tractor trailer driver and was livid. I hunted down security camera footage, got it, and tried to take on their insurance company on my own. Shockingly, that got me nowhere. I'm not the "go to a lawyer" type but the accident was so egregious that it needed to be addressed.
