  • ★★★★★Better than we hoped for

My wife and I were injured in a car accident, and a friend recommended Mr. Myers to us. He was great at walking us through the whole process (this is why we hired an attorney - for help). He always had great communication with us throughout the entire thing. Most of all, he really did seem to genuin ely care about me and my family - maybe that's why he fought so hard for us and got us a bigger settlement than we ever would have expected. Can't say enough good things about this attorney and his firm, I recommend him to all my friends and family...

I retained Brad in 2018 to get help with my injury. I'm so glad I did. Brad is very knowledgeable and compassionate about what he does. He listens to you with compassion. If I had questions he always got back to me the same day. It meant so much to me. Brad is there for his clients every step of the way. He gets you the best settlement possible. Great Attorney!

  • ★★★★★Awesome!

I was in a car accident in which another driver dove into my lane and sideswiped me. I have never been in an accident and didn't really know what to do. My injuries weren't severe enough that I had to go to the hospital and when I called the police, they said to just exchange info if nobody was hur t. The other driver was clearly at fault and even admitted it and apologized. Cops never came and no ticket was issued. I had to have my Nissan Xterra towed and I went home. By the very next day I was already being contacted by a lawyer from the other driver whom stated I was at fault! I couldn't believe it. Vegas is filled with crooked people. I contacted my wife's sisters' boyfriend as he had just been in an accident and got a good outcome, and the soreness and pain really became apparent by the next day. (Not to mention the other driver was a flagrant liar!) I was referred to the 702 Firm and had my initial consultation with Mike Kane. Without a police citation I was worried I would get stuck being the liable party. Mike said they deal with this type of case a lot and have strategies to deal with it. I retained that day and then met attorney Brad Myers whom specialized in disputed liability injury. All I can say is the entire process was completely streamlined with Brad's help. He handled everything from getting my car fixed to getting my medical taken care of. The best part was the other crooked driver went from trying to sue me to being dumped by her attorney and being named fully liable! That to me was almost as good as getting a great settlement. Brad got the case settled in about 5 months for policy maximum of $50K. I walked away with more than $16K and my car fixed brand new! One thing I liked about dealing with Brad was he gave me weekly emails to keep me updated even if it was just to say there was no change. I hate being left in the dark. Brad and 702 Firm are awesome and I would definitely use again.

  • ★★★★★"He does what good lawyers do... he fights hard for his clients. And in my case, we won!"

I quickly learned that slip and falls injuries in Las Vegas are nearly impossible to win, even with the most compelling evidence. Furthermore, pepper in the fact that the defense was a major hotel casino with far more budget for better resources and you might as well quite when being only injured is considered "ahead". But we didn't, and it was because Mr. Myers gave us the confidence that we had found a lawyer that would give us a fighting chance. For 4+ years, after my wife's injury, we lived in a state of uncertainty, not being able to make decisions or move on in our life because of this pending case. Throughout our experience, Mr. Myers and his staff kept us up-to-date on all matters of our case. Filed motion wins and losses, all information was delivered to us without delay. At times we were impatient and felt that we were in the dark, but looking back, the information was given to us as prompt as it could have. When it came to the week of trial, that’s when we started to see where Mr. Myers and his staff became invaluable. My wife and I were nervous. Neither of us were accustomed to the nature of the courtroom. During our pre-trial prep, Mr. Myers and his associates made us feel comfortable and informed with what we needed to know, nothing more. Many times I felt concerned that I didn't know what the strategy was, thinking there was none, but Mr. Myers had one. In fact, he may of had many contingency plans just in case, but all our case needed was one. I have only had limited experience with the courtroom in my lifetime, but even with my inexperience, it was clear that Mr. Myers and his associates had one of the most sophisticated approaches to the courtroom I had ever seen. The balance between technology and law was quite impressive. It was a grueling week of trial with somewhat complicated information and a very likable crafty defense. With the masterful support of Mr. Eglet during jury selection, Mr. Myers ensured a balanced jury that would give us the greatest chance of a favorable outcome. I am fully convinced that without Mr. Myers’ tactics throughout the whole trial, our outcome would significantly be different. The evidence was presented so clearly, there was absolutely no way that the jury could see the case in any other way except in favor of us. The defense was left with no valid arguments and believe me the defense did its best to try and convince the jury we were at fault. I do not want to imply that we had it in the bag at any point, it was nerve racking all the way through, but towards the end of the trial, we were approached with a hard decision, and because we saw enough of Mr. Myers in action, that hard decision took less than one second to make. And it was the right one. Mr. Myers has the RIGHT knowledge, the RIGHT staff, and the RIGHT backing to represent you the RIGHT way. I will whole-heartedly forever recommend Brad Myers Esq. and The702Firm to anyone who needs representation in Las Vegas.

I had a slip and fall injury over 4 years ago. Over four years time Attorney Brad Myers and his team kept us posted, communication with him and his colleagues were always thorough, informative, professional, and their genuine concern was quite obvious. I was thankful that my husband was able to fin d such an amazing attorney. After over 4 long years we had our week in court. I can't describe how hard our attorney and his colleagues fought for us. They put in an extreme amount of man hours. We were impressed with Attorney Brad Myers approach, thoughts, and techniques in preparation and in court. No exaggeration, I believe our Attorney Brad Myers and his team represented us like they were representing a family member. Slip and falls are difficult cases and I felt we went into this 4 year battle prepared and armed with the best representation in Las Vegas. I can finally move on with my life knowing that I didn't do anything wrong and justice prevailed. Blessed and honored to have had Attorney Brad Myers and his team by our side. On behalf of my entire family and myself we extend our sincerest gratitude to Attorney Brad Myers and team.
