I was in a car accident in which another driver dove into my lane and sideswiped me. I have never been in an accident and didn't really know what to do. My injuries weren't severe enough that I had to go to the hospital and when I called the police, they said to just exchange info if nobody was hur t. The other driver was clearly at fault and even admitted it and apologized. Cops never came and no ticket was issued. I had to have my Nissan Xterra towed and I went home. By the very next day I was already being contacted by a lawyer from the other driver whom stated I was at fault! I couldn't believe it. Vegas is filled with crooked people. I quickly learned that slip and falls injuries in Las Vegas are nearly impossible to win, even with the most compelling evidence.
