I used Mr. Cogburn in the Short Sale of my rental property. The service team was surprisingly responsive and they gave me updates if not weekly, every other week so I knew what was happening each step of the way through the process. They were fast - the Short Sale took about 4 months to sell, get a pprovals and then finally close. And the service charge was very reasonable for everything that they did.
