I was threatened by a company over a negative YouTube video I made to expose some shady business practices. Marc reviewed my case and was immediately on-board to defend me and stand up against this hostile company. Marc's motivation stemmed from his aggressive support of the First Amendment. I didn't know this, but he even helped author NV's Anti-SLAPP laws which would have been the basis of our case. Marc was sensitive to the issue of cost, and we made a deal which worked for me.
