I met with Mr. Randolph not knowing exactly what to do about my tax problem. I was able to get an appointment within a few days and ALL of my questions were answered FREE of charge. He was very nice, knowledgeable and honest with me regarding my situation. Although it was the free initial consultatio n I did not feel rushed or like I was just getting generic information. He listened to me, answered all my questions and offered me 3 different solutions along with the pros/cons of each option. He suggested which option seemed the most feasible and logical which was to NOT pay his firm just to basically end up with the same current situation and I agreed. He gave me a plan to follow to get myself out of this current situation, avoid a lien and changes to make to avoid this situation again. Simply the best. I had an ongoing battle with the IRS that had lasted almost 20 years. Through an Offer in Compromise Taylor was able to reduce the $65K debt to $4500. I jumped on it!
