From the initial phone call to find an attorney, Mr.Mayo was very thorough in helping me understand the process of what I would be enduring. He was understanding of the difficult time my family and I were going through. After I retained Mr. Mayo, even when he was out of the office or in the court ro oms, he was always answering questions I had in a timely manner. I never in 6 months experienced a feeling of "not knowing" what was going on. I was able to leave the country for the death of my mother and things continued to move quickly and smoothly. Issues pertaining to my divorce included, a mentally ill spouse, assets that became community property when I moved to Nevada from a non-community property state, assets and property in multiple states, tax considerations, alimony and most importantly, needing sole custody of my children and the ab ility to move between states for future employment and career opportunities. My divorce had complex requirements and I certainly had some high demands. I’m not the easiest person to deal, and I’m a bit of a talker, planner and perfectionist. I know for a fact I delayed Vincent’s schedule a few times. That said, Vincent dealt with my personality, legal issues and the complications added by my ex-spouses mental illness, with grace and professionalism and was very available when I needed his advice during more than a few emergency scenarios. Most importantly, Vincent truly cares about his clients. In the end, Vincent achieved the goal of getting me the needed outcome from this divorce and I cannot speak more highly of him. He did a fantastic job!
