If you've ever been arrested and charged with a crime (several misdemeanors in my case) those are the exact words you want to hear from the judge as the gavel falls and you no longer have to return to 100 Centre St. Those were the exact words I heard at my last court appearance! I am a professional p erson who was accused of several misdemeanors in connection with a dispute with a local restaurant. A conviction of any kind would have meant a lifetime of limited options .... Career wise and financially. I would always have to explain that away, if I could. I was accused of a felony in NY and i looked for lawyers in NY area . When i saw Mr. Wallensteins credentials , I called him and glad I did . I had never needed legal assistance and I was concerned as I am from out of state . He is professional, and made me feel at ease and told me what he could d o for me . In the end , I did not have to go back to NY , as he want to court and represented me . The case ended up being dropped and he said with 30 days there will be NO sign anywhere of this case . I was facing some pretty serious crimal charges. After calling several lawyers and being disappointed with either their cost or demnear I found Aaron's name on Google. Considering all the good reviews I figured I'd give it a shot, and I was not disappointed. Mr. Foy is an amazing Lawyer. He works diligently with his client. Mr.Foy was a blessing to my family not only does he work long hours Monday through Friday if Mr. Foy feels he needs to let you know where you need to be on a Monday morning expect that email Sunday for any lawyer to reach out on the weekend it shows that he is concerned and cares about his clients.
