I came across John Mattiacci Attorney in civil suits. I explained to John in detail about the person who ran a stop sign, an d he always kept eye contact except to write down information. John was the attorney I needed. I fired the firm who I had who did nothing. John went to work and I mean he went to work. John took on my case which the defendant knew some police officers and received no tickets. If I met John earlier I would guarantee summonses for many motor vehicle violations for this person. I know some about law as I protected former presidents, just not the knowledge John has. The real truth came out when John did the interrogatories and deposition. He used the right questions and got the defendant to admit running the stop sign, that I had the right of way with my blinker on, and the name of the upper echelon police officer. He also picked up on auto parts damage missing out of the interrogatories insurance pictures. My car had very little damage and the insurance tried to say there is no and John cut in and got the defendant to admit he hit my axle sending my car into a fishtail and the damage was to my person not the car. That is a trial attorney who puts the fear of God into insurance companies. Then came the insurance company doctors, and John sent his paralegal with me. I was comfortable with this, and Kristin who came with for my insurance exam “WOW”. I read the doctor he was not pleased. The questions were short, and the exam was not painful as they can be with their tests. Because of John sending Kristin with me on my behalf the doctor was flabbergasted, and it showed. My wife got very sick; John always asked what could I do for you. I was worn out from my own doctors and the insurance company charade. I actually felt better when I spoke with Mr. Mattiacci. I told John about myself and he said hold on it would not be long now. He did not tell me not long was less than two weeks. John had offers coming in but said not yet; we had an offer I was comfortable with and said let’s settle. John asked me to let him work his magic or he would settle if that’s what I wanted. He always asked what I wanted never forcing me. Oh his magic worked well. The amount of money is between John, and I, it was five times what I thought it would be. John is the nicest attorney until his clients are pushed. I have seen this in person in action, need I say more. When I met John I knew he was the Attorney to represent me. I can only recommend but I would go with Mr. John Mattiacci with reading this Attorney review without doubt. I had the chance to meet with several attorneys and have several friends who are Judges and Attorney’s. John was my Attorney. I have one regret, I really wanted to see John in court but my body was giving up. I was afraid to let him down. I knew the defense had no chance against this man. I told John I would not lie I had my honor, he said of course. I told him in the beginning we could not be friends something my father taught me, who was a Pearl Harbor Survivor, Police Officer and worked with judges for juveniles.
