  • ★★★★★Wonderful to work with

    Simon · litigation ·

I've been working with Ron for a well-known case for many years now and found him to be exceptionally perceptive, intuitive, and sharp in helping determine the legal course to take. He knows what he's talking about, and he has a sense of humor as well. My case has been ongoing for over six years - but it was Ron's ingenuity to tackle things from a different slant that allowed us to move forward and overcome many traditional barriers in place. He has worked tirelessly, been extremely responsive to my many questions, and has presented a case that has been scrutinized (though oft-misunderstood) by millions now. Throughout this process, he's helped protect me from myself - from acting too rash, and helping preserve and protect my brand.

  • ★★★★Did nothing

    Marco · intellectual property ·

I was represented by him in a trademark case for a few months. He did nothing even when important dead-lines approached. He also rushed me to hire me another Las Vegas attorney to do the job that he clearly didn't like to do. Finally, I had no choice but releasing him, but he kept most of my $ 10, 000 retention fee. He is very bully and unpleasant person.

  • ★★★★Ronald D. Coleman is Dishonest & Deceitful

    anonymous · litigation ·

Ronald D. Coleman, of N.J. and N.Y., failed to pursue my claims with due diligence and failed to act in my best interest and according to my goals and the terms of our agreement. In a November 2015 meeting, I repeatedly made clear that I did NOT want to litigate my claims and he agreed. He stated tha t he would spend $2000.00 of my $5500.00 retainer to review materials, draft and mail demand letters, and negotiate with the defendants. But he only pursued one of my claims--and half-heartedly at that when he blew off a scheduled four-way conference call because he simply “forgot.” Oops. Then in two months later, I received an invoice showing he’d used up $2863.00--nearly 2/3 of my retainer--pursing a single claim. When I protested that his excessive spending violated the terms of our agreement, he said that the upfront costs would be higher to formulate initial demand letters and evidence, and because they’d be reused with each subsequent claim, fewer hours would be expended with each. Then, two months later, I received an invoice showing he’d spent my whole retainer PLUS and additional $2000.00 worth of time on a only two letters and two phone calls. This conclusively showed that his intention all along was to litigate, not try to settle, because taking a case to court puts more money in his pocket. Don’t be fooled by his ratings: 10.0 out of 10.0 stars of Avvo.com and an A+ pre-eminent ranking on Martindale.com. HE IS DECEITFUL AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

  • ★★★★★Top Notch Intellectual Property

Have used Ron multiple times in the past for consultation on copyright issues. Always timely and sage advice. And hell of a great guy as well.

  • ★★★★★Proactive Expertise

    Bill · intellectual property ·

Ron Coleman was originally recommended to me by a trusted associate. Intellectual property can be very touchy business. It did not take very long before I realized how lucky I was to have him on our side. Ron is an excellent attorney and a genuine pleasure to work with.
