For starters, I consulted with them to check if I needed legal representation and their answer was yes even though I didn’t really need representation. After I hired them they kept ignoring me and telling me that my lawyer was going to reach out with details but never did I til I asked for a refund. At that point a whole team jumped on a call and I expected them to discuss all possible scenarios, things to do and things to avoid, what to say and what not to say but instead the lawyer just had me on a call telling me how he was going to preach the judge for systematic issues with NYC infrastructure. They missed pointing out the fact that if I were to pay the fee prior to an appearance then that would be acceptance of guilt and the case would be closed. They later blamed me on that for not knowing or not asking them what I was supposed to do. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer, no doubt.

I spoke with her by phone and she quoted me $15k - $20k to do preliminary work on my case. I thought that was high but did not rule her out. She claims to have expertise in internet privacy issues. I sent her a document to review three times in the month that followed and she never responded, and rep eatedly said she had not received the document despite my emailing it to her at the correct address. I was not impressed with her based on this interaction.

Originally, I was happy I found her based off of our conversation. Until… Retainer provided was $5000. That was a bit out of my budget but with moving some numbers around I’d have the retainer fulfilled. I called in and explained my situation and asked if it was negotiable the assistant Victoria sai d that she’d find out. The assistant called back and said that the attorney agreed to reduce her retainer to $3,500. I was thinking wow that perfect “let me move some stuff around and by next week we can get it done”. Then I get a text message saying … [Hi, This is Victoria from the Sharova Law Firm. Please note our proposal of $3,500 retainer fee last due tomorrow morning. This is a big discount and it should be upfront with no payment plan. Otherwise Monday is back to $5,000. Feel free to ask if you have further questions. Any updates from you would be highly appreciated. Best regards,Victoria] So today & tomorrow my retainer is $3,500 but Monday it’s $5000? DONT HIRE PEOPLE LIKE THIS! That was so unbelievably tacky. Oops, sorry my “Sharova coupon” expires tomorrow! Such a used cars salesman approach and how sad to see that behavior in the legal world.

Paul is an excellent lawyer. He represented me in a highly contentious custody proceeding were the odds were stacked against me. From day one, Paul made me feel completely at ease. Paul was a lawyer hired to repair the many mistakes from a previous lawyer for a lengthy divorce. Paul was able to look at the entire case and explain to me in simple terms what needed to be done. В какой-то момент просто сообщили, что «нужно доплатить хотя бы 500–600 долларов», без каких-либо объяснений. – Общение с представителем по имени Милана сопровождалось грубым тоном. Она прямо заявила, что «фирмы такого размера для них не представляют интереса». Также позволяла себе звонки в нерабочее время и некорректные комментарии. – Был случай, когда в мой личный кабинет по ошибке загрузили персональную налоговую декларацию другого человека — с полными личными данными. Это абсолютно недопустимо с точки зрения конфиденциальности. – В целом каждое взаимодействие сопровождалось стрессом и ощущением хаоса. Если вы хотите быть уверены в корректном бухгалтерском обслуживании, сохранности своих данных и уважительном отношении — рекомендую по возможности избегать сотрудничества с этой компанией.
