Having used a number of other reputable immigration lawyers within the DC area with little success, Mr Healy was able to take on my case and ensure a successful result first time round, no questions asked. Providing a comprehensive and full proof application and meeting the strict criteria for for a n alien with extra ordinary ability in the arts, sciences etc (o1b), Gary and his team provided consultation and support leading into the application around the clock. He explained each part of the process while also providing me with reassurance along the way at what can be a difficult and stressful time. Mr Healys diligent, thorough and no nonsense approach as well as his unique experience and expertise produces results. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking at the United States as the next stage of their career.
- ★★★★★Extremely efficient and effective service in an emergency immigration situation.

My wife and I hired Gary after my I-485 process (adjusting from K-1 Fiancé to Permanent Resident) was denied by USCIS (owing to an error that USCIS made on my file) where they deemed I had abandoned the Adjustment of Status process. This decision created chaos for me and my wife, and it came as a com plete shock (seeing as we had fully complied with all USCIS protocols to date). Before consulting with Gary, it appeared that our options to fix the situation were extremely limited and there was a chance that we might have to restart the entire immigration process again. Needless to say, my wife and I were completely demoralized at the prospect of incurring the the enormous cost and inconvenience of this option. However, upon our first consultation with Gary, he immediately put us at ease and provided alternative solutions to the problem. He explained to us that, in his extensive and lengthy experience, he had encountered similar situations and he was very confident that he could remedy the situation expeditiously, and without incurring enormous cost. Anyone going through the immigration process will know that the rules and deadlines are always changing, making it extremely difficult to know what the exact rules/deadlines are at any given moment. It became clear to us during our engagement with Gary that he was an expert in this area, and he got to work immediately to fix the situation. He was always aware of the rule changes, deadlines, and updates to the law. Gary stayed in regular contact with us, constantly updating us on the status of the various applications made and all contact with USCIS. Gary was able to resolve the matter within a matter of weeks (when my wife and I were expecting many months, if not a year, for some sort of sensible resolution). In early April we feared the worst, 6 weeks later (as a result of Gary's work) USCIS reopened our case, and yesterday, my wife and I attended my Adjustment of Status interview. In the interview, the immigration officer explicitly referring to Gary's petitions to USCIS on my behalf as being enormously persuasive in explaining our predicament, approved my Adjustment of Status application and granted me Permanent Residency . We are absolutely thrilled with the result. Not alone was Gary able to get our case reopened within 6 weeks, but he also managed to convince USCIS that our case needed to be dealt with immediately. As a result, I am now a permanent resident 11 weeks after engaging Gary's services. I cannot recommend Gary highly enough!

I’m very satisfied with Gary Healy job! It has been completed perfectly! I am recommending Mr Healy to all people, who needs help, who don’t want waste money and time! Mr Healy and his associates took my case very seriously, I have been told, what my chances are and what to expect! He helped m e to resolve the most complicated immigration case that several other lawyers tried to resolve. My citizenship was declined several times by USCIS. Mr Healy makes things move in a year and I’m a citizen now after 14 years. He is a true expert in complex cases, not even mentioning regular cases. You will be in great hands with Mr Healy ; you can rely on him with confidence. Trust his strategy and direction and do exactly what he recommends if you want results. I am so grateful for everything you have done for me sir.

If you want to put your immigration needs in the hands of an especially reliable, experienced, knowledgeable attorney, look no further! Gary gave updates every step of the way and kept me updated with important information at all times. I never felt unsure of what stage my application was in or what might be required next. Gary makes sure he covers ever single base and this is what makes him the best attorney I have ever hired! His attention to detail and outstanding customer service is second to none and I have heard countless glowing reviews of his services throughout my field. Thank you Gary Healy.

My grandmother and I first met with Alice Antonovsky in Febraury 2014. By July 2014, my grandmother's asylum application was recommended for approval. By May 2015, her application was approved. By Alice's own admission, this should have been a very difficult case to work with, as my grandmother was i n the country for many years and only applied for asylum recently. But in Alice's hands, it all worked out. Alice Antonovsky is warm, very professional, but most of all, knows her craft and it shows in her results. Alice is easy to work with, follows up on every meaningful detail, explains everything very clearly, and answers all questions, no matter how long you keep her there. She even drove us to get the results from the interview, waited with us, and celebrated with us! You are not doing yourself any favors by reading any more reviews; this lawyer is the one.
- ★★★★★Very Professional

I came to the office for a consultation after going to other offices for consultations. She was the only attorney who told me to sit tight and not do anything right now because of several issues that I had. Everyone else just wanted to take my money. Alice explained all options to me, gave me progno sis for all options but said she recommends me to wait. I did and I am waiting, but if my situation ever does change, she is the only attorney I will ever go to. Honest, thorough and to the point.
- ★★★★★Professional and reliable

Vladislav and his lawyers were outstanding throughout. Professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive during a difficult time. They communicated clearly, kept everything on track, and made the whole process feel much more manageable. I felt genuinely listened to and well represented. Highly recommend all of them.
- ★★★★★Thank you, good immigration attorney

I had a really positive experience working with Vladislav Sirota Law Firm during what is, by nature, a very daunting process. From the outset, they were incredibly responsive and generous with their time, offering clear, upfront advice without trying to charge for every interaction. That early guidan ce made a huge difference in helping me understand the process and feel more in control at a point where it’s easy to feel uncertain about which direction to take.
- ★★★★★Fantastic immigration lawyer
Maxim ·
My meeting with Vladislav after 4 years was fantastic. Immediately professional, trusting and at ease to get going on my case. And by the end of everything, I was deeply informed on my next steps and also felt far more centred, protected and aligned to ensuring that their is a better way to resolve m y particular challenges.
- ★★★★★Perfect immigraton attorney
Maisie · immigration ·
I have been lucky enough to have known Vladislav Sirota for 4 years. Without his help I couldn’t have reached a successful outcome with my finances and immigration. Vlad was honest and extremely sympathetic to my needs. My situation was difficult, frustrating and emotional but I trusted his knowled ge and guidance so thank you Vlad for helping me through all the stresses of the past few years.
- ★★★★★Invaluable support

Inevitably, all immigration process related matters are going to be fuelled by a level of anxiety and emotion. I’ve been incredibly lucky to have had Vladislav and his team support me through some very difficult times. I cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you

- ★★★★★The worst
Anna · litigation ·
This is a terrible law firm. Never seek their help — they are unprofessional and only care about profit. My husband and I were abandoned by them at the most difficult moment. They stopped communicating with us and ended our cooperation, citing employee vacations. We had paid a deposit, which they ref used to return, even though they did absolutely no work — only deception.
- ★★★★★Horrible experience

I do not recommend working with Marina Shepelska’s firm. While they actively promote themselves on social media, in practice the team shows little interest in their clients’ work or results. Communication is extremely poor, and the overall attitude suggests arrogance rather than expertise. The cases they submit are often unprofessional and full of errors, and Marina herself seems detached from each case, unable to discuss its substance when asked. They play with people’s time, show no accountability, and yet charge significant fees — around $20,000 per case.
- ★★★★★Strongly do not recommend working with Marina Shepelsky
Anastasia · immigration ·
Review of Law Offices of Marina Shepelsky, P.C. We reached out to Marina Shepelsky for legal assistance and paid for a consultation. Our main concern was clarifying the status of U4U and TPS, since my fiancé had to travel to Europe due to health issues. In the USCIS system, U4U was still shown as active, and we needed clear advice on whether TPS was still valid and if any action was required. To make the consultation effective, her office asked us to send all our questions in advance, which we did — we prepared a detailed document describing our situation and listing every question. On the day of the consultation, Marina arrived 15 minutes late. We understood this and didn’t mind. However, what surprised us was that she had not reviewed our document at all. She was unfamiliar with our case and gave very superficial answers, showing little interest in understanding the details of our situation. It felt like she just wanted to finish quickly. The advice she gave turned out to be inaccurate and harmful. For example: She advised us to file late registration for TPS. Following her advice, we contacted a specialist who informed us that such a filing was not only unnecessary but could actually cancel the existing TPS status. When we went back to Marina with this, she admitted that was indeed the case. She also told us that if my fiancé were on an H1B visa, his spouse could work. Later, during a consultation with another attorney, we learned that this was incorrect — the spouse of an H1B holder cannot work without independent work authorization. Because of these mistakes, we wasted time, money, and experienced unnecessary stress. Based on our experience, we strongly do not recommend working with Marina Shepelsky. The consultation was not worth the money, and instead of clarity, we received misleading advice that could have harmed our immigration situation.
- ★★★★★Wonderful reliable VAWA attorneys
Sofia · immigration ·
Shepelsky Marina team called her and emailed constantly to communicate updates and kept her informed every step of the way. Even when she had to temporarily relocate to another state, they was consistent with their updates and personal communications. It took several stressful years, but the case was finally approved for VAWA, and then in 8 months for Green Card. She used Advance Parole that they got for her to visit family back in Poland. Thanks to Marina's group, she was able to get her work permit too, and to finally renew her driver's license. Her green card was approved without an interview after she mailed in her medical. Marina Shepelsky and her lawyers are honest, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They got the job done very good. VAWA is a very hard type of case, and they did a great job for my family member. My entire family is extremely grateful.

Debbi is the best!! She is there every step of the way and I always received every update from her. She was very responsive always there to answer my questions and concerns. It was a wonderful journey to work with someone who is dedicated to their work and takes a personal approach. Immigration has i t’s own process and timeline, but she was always present and positive. I was able to finally get my green card after being here in the United States for almost 30 years in the states and I am grateful for a lawyer like Debbi, very supportive. Debbi is also a very kind human being!! I definitely recommend Debbi! Thank you for all that you do!!!

My name is Kantemir Balagov and I'm from Russia. I am a film director. On February 24th when Russia declared war on Ukraine Kira Kovalenko and I decided to leave the country because we'd been speaking up against the war. We wanted to try our luck to get O1B visas in the United States. I barely can fi nd words to describe how professional Debbi is. She was with us from the beginning, she was monitoring our path to the US (because many flights were canceled). She has put so much strength and heart into our case. Debbi is not only a great professional but also a great human being. She was very supportive. Today we got our visa approval. We are so grateful for the help and care. Debbi Klopman is the best!
