A good friend referred me to Zerline and I was so happy we connected. Zerline was great to work with. Answered every question and concern I had. Zerline is incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and was very easy to talk to. I highly highly recommend her services should you need someone to assist you with housing issues. NY is very difficult to navigate (especially when it comes to housing) and it's important to have representation who can walk you through the craziness of it all especially when dealing with awful management companies. I had a closing with Zerline Goodman and it couldn't of went smoother. I called her all the time and bothered her as any other concerned person would of, and Zerline always picked of the phone and guided me the right way. I would use Zerline again most for sure. She also helped me out when I was P resident of a small Condo in Brooklyn. She has a great demeanor and very easy to deal with. I had a RE Attorney prior to Zerline, and I cant even remember his name at this point.
