Seems like that client didn’t lose funds or a retainer, at least. From what I know, Galen is an honest guy and one of the better options out there. After an unfortunate biking accident involving several cyclists versus a car, Dan and Cathy were fantastic in guiding me through the whole legal and insurance process. From helping me understand my rights, my insurance coverage, the no-fault process, to even dealing with many medical insurance issue s, I always felt I was in expert and friendly hands from the beginning to the end of my complex situation. I have only the best things to say about my experience with Daniel Flanzig. Before the pandemic, I was injured in a bike accident while on a trip to NYC. In the months that followed, I had to have major surgery and navigate dozens of different medical billing systems from all these different places—i n NY and in my home state. I was overwhelmed and intimidated and feeling a bit lost. Being a full time mom, the accident disrupted my entire world, and I didn’t know how we would cover all the costs of my injury. Daniel himself is real--he always answered tho phone and responded promptly to my concerning emails. I initially brought my case to Mr. London because a friend heard good things about how on top of things and intelligent he is. He gave me his personal number in case I ever needed to tell him something. I only ever used it a few times because I was still working but each time he understood me perfect ly and explained things to me clearly and very precisely. He'd call me back immediately with updates anytime something happened. I can confirm that what my friend heard was true but that is not the thing that stuck out to me the most. Greg is an excellent attorney and I would strongly recommend him to anyone, especially those closest to me. His assistance was essential to gaining a quick approval in my recent LTD claim, due to the extensive and complex medical background! A little over a year ago I had an initial consultation with Greg to discuss an issue with my employer not responding to my ADA requests. I was so impressed with his expertise, confidence, and passion towards advocacy. There was no question who I was going to hire for my upcoming LTD claim. Unfortunately, my health had continued to decline over the year, and I was not the easiest nor most reliable client.
