I engaged Siegel Law after spending 5 years trying to get my HOA to take accountability for the adequate delivery of some pretty basic services. Since HOAs are unregulated in NY, all of the state and local government officials I contacted were either unable or unwilling to help. Mr. Siegel and Mr. Kupferberg dedicated themselves to attempting every possible way to avoid litigation but ended up resolving the matter by initiating litigation. I’m pleased to say that the HOA is now more responsive since their encounter with Siegel Law and I’ve had no further difficulty with them. Brad was engaged to help us with a neighbor noise issue. Not only did he send out the requisite demand letter, when that didn't help, he sent out another one, which was not included in our agreement. To top it off, he made several phone calls on our behalf to the offending party, on his own initiativ e, which seems to finally be bearing fruit.
