Jordan Fensterman, of Abrams Fensterman, recently wrote my lease agreement for a rental property I acquired. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job performed by Jordan and his firm. I did not realize how good and thorough a job had been done with the lease agreement until I had our problem with one of my tenants. The lease agreement enabled me to recoup damages that the former tenant had done to the apartment and enabled me to continue to collect rent from said tenant after the tenant had vacated the apartment and broken the lease agreement early.
