I could not have found a better trust lawyer than Linda Amato. I was at a loss on how to proceed, but she talked me through the whole process, efficiently and with empathy. She really made an effort to accommodate my schedule, made many helpful suggestions, and in no time I ended up with a neatly org anized binder holding all the information I need. Another factor that made me choose Linda was, that she works by herself, and I never was referred to a junior staff member, as may happen at larger offices.

My husband and I know, based on our work with Linda Amato, esquire at Amato Law PLLC, that Linda loves what she does, and is a phenomenal attorney whose expertise in estate planning is bar none. Joe represented me for a residential real estate transaction. He knew all of the players in the Ulster County area and gave me really excellent advice to accomplish a moderately challenging deal. He was true to his word with his fees and has a really nice way about him.
