I hired Ms. Berkowitz on what was originally a straightforward labor case against a former employer. However due to a combination of mergers and bankruptcies of my former employer, the case became a legal entanglement, but even though it took FAR longer then it should of, through no fault of Ms. Berk owitz, she did finally conclude my case in a satisfactory and financially positive manner. I was able to follow up even after my case was completed in regards to tax implications without any issues.

I was fortunate to be referred to Attorney Vincent White to discuss a thorny legal issue. While the matter fell outside of his jurisdiction and the case was an uphill battle by its nature, Vince was amazingly supportive. Last year I was contact by a local attorney on the prowl for image copyright infringement. He had come across an image that we had used, in error, in the development of a test website. We tried to make restitution for the infringement as it was an error and there was ZERO traffic to the page. None the less, we were threatened to pay a $9,000 fee. We enlisted Oscar because of his expertise in representing copyright infringement defendants around the country. Oscar handled things completely taking over all direct communication with the plantiff attorney...and negotiating the final settlement amount - roughly half the asking price. We won't make that mistake again - but I'm thankful that Oscar handled the litigation for us. I would highly recommend Oscar - he was forthright, professional and reasonable in his fees.
