Larry Bell was engaged to assist with the divestiture of 4 Hydropower Generating Plants. Larry was highly recommended due to his background. In addition to being an attorney, Larry has a degree in Engineering and an MBA. This was a complex transaction and Larry did an exceptional job which ena bled the Company to sell its Hydro Facilities for 6 times book value. Larry and was unflappable during intense negotiations with the buyer. And his technical expertise helped address the complex Federal and State regulatory approval process of a Public Utility.
