Used Chuck for easement dispute was attentive to situation. Didn't follow through at end of case to let us know about attorney fees from HOA/Builder thought it was poor that I called twice and never received notice or follow up. Our outcome of our situation was favorable. I don't believe the HOA/ Builder would have done anything or near as quick without him.

I was given a quote over the phone and was charged quite a bit more than was quoted. I was not happy with the way things went during our office visit. When I reviewed him after my appointment I did not give him a favorable rating. He contacted me via mail and offered me 1/2 of my $ back and wanted me to write a good review. As an early stage oil and gas tech start-up we hired Ms. Khan to draft a shareholder agreement that co-founders and early employers can sign. Ms. Khan exceeded our expectation with a well-crafted and airtight document that addresses even potential shareholder problems that may arise any time in a l ife of a start-up. For example, she has put in place articles that do not allow unrestricted transfer of shares to spouses of shareholder (which is a real problem in the case of a divorce). The fact that she managed to see and take care of items what we did not know impressed us. It also shows her skills to assess the clients’ needs and the dedication to the clients cause.
