Chris became my lawyer for a FINRA Arbitration case in 2008. He listened to my complaint, filed notice soon after and engaged an expert witness. We discussed mediation, found it to be agreeable and approached the defendant who at first agreed and at the last minute reneged. At all times Chris kept me informed of the process, costs and developments. In early 2009, the Arbitration Hearing took place near my home. Chris came down a full day early, met with me and my wife, discussed the case in detail, and gave appropriate advice. The hearing went on for four days and was difficult. Chris's Expert Witness was perfect. At all times Chris was knowable and demanding of the defendant. As a result, the decision was in my favor with a nice financial award and the defendant required to pay all hearing costs. I felt vindicated and pleased that the losses I had suffered were replaced.
