I retained Mr. Cedeño with little notice ahead of my Family Court Trial. He came highly recommended by a great friend of mine who took notice of Mr. Cedeño abilities as his ex spouse attorney. That says a lot right there considering he wasn’t his own attorney but fighting against him. Mr. Cedeño sat down with me, listened to everything and asked me what outcome I was desiring. He showed up before me every court date, ready to go. On his first appearance in White Plains Family Court, he was able to accomplish far more in one day than my previous attorney did in 3 years. On day one he got my TRO dismissed, and I was awarded temporary custody. We know how difficult it is in family court for Fathers or Men to be awarded custody. You’re lucky if you even get visitation these days. With Mr. Cedeño there were no surprises, he explained everything to me up front . He has made trips back and forth to White Plains Family Court with and without me present on my behalf advocating and fighting for my son and I. He has continued to fight for me even now that my case is over. I am truly elated about this experience and now focusing on raising my son and recovering from these last 3 years of Family Court Trauma. Interesting, I met Mr. Cedeno while he was the adversary attorney in my divorce proceeding and again later on an Estate proceeding. Ironically, I became impressed with the Mr. Cedeno’s handling of both cases. Despite being my adversary and showing protection to his client and looking after his clien ts best interest, I was able to the human side of Mr. Cedeno and his dedication to handle situations in a fairly matter not only for his client but for the best of all. Mr. Cedeno not only stands up for what is fair but is also competent, responsive and understands the importance of providing an excellent quality of service. I have referred Mr. Cedeno to two of my friends and have also had to pleasure of retaining him to represent me on a separate family matter.
