Angela made this process very clear and easy which was so helpful because my ex was being difficult. I hired Angela after I was served papers for a modification of child and spousal support from a previous divorce case. Going through my initial divorce case was a very difficult time in my life and the lawyer I hired for that case didn't help make me feel any better. Mrs. Scarlato agreed to take my divorce and custody case in 2016. It was a complicated case in that there were pre-existing and very problematic legal agreements in place. Angela worked tirelessly with me to address the existing agreements and start new proceedings resulting in a thorough and fair di vorce and custody settlement. She was available, knowledgable, strategic and compassionate, and took the time to understand my unique needs as an individual and parent. She was particularly successful at negotiating with the other, (quite difficult) party. The divorce and custody agreements were settled in 2017, and contained everything I needed to ensure a stable and secure future for me and my child. I should also note that her fees were incredibly reasonable considering the amount of time she dedicates to her clients and the quality of work. I highly recommend Mrs. Scarlato, especially for cases pertaining to divorce and custody.
