Mr Rawls wa the attorney that handled my case I started with 14 charges and he got it down to 2 charges and no jail time and I was told by 3 other attorneys in town I was looking at at least 5 years mr Rawls never promised I wouldn't go to jail but told me he would work very hard for me not to go to jail so I owe him everything now

At SeiferFlatow, Attorney Foard and the staff wereresponsive and personable. However, Ms. Foard was not prepared to battle with an aggressive lawyer. She did no relevant legal research to understand legal precedent and spent no time investigating the oppositions claims. As a result, I was advised to accept a settlement based on her bad advice and incompetent guidance. Hiring SeiferFlatow was a terrible decision.

Frances and Rhonda are absolutely amazing. I was in a car accident a year ago. They have gone above and beyond to get the all the bills paid that were associated with the accident. My settlement is final a year later. Rhonda and Frances never gave up during the whole year, even when the other person’ s insurance was giving them a hard time. When I called the office to ask for assistance creating a Will, I was kindly greeted and given a convenient appointment. When my husband and I met with Frances, we immediately felt comfortable, and could tell we were in good hands. She asked important questions in a clear and respectful manner, and h andled all of our questions the same way. Within the week, we received an email containing drafts of our documents for our review. We then made an appointment to sign them after any needed changes were made or further questions were answered. Mr. Powers was very professional and extremely helpful. I had an issue regarding a N.C. license that wasn’t supposed to be active after I had gotten a new license in another state. The state of North Carolina was not notified by this state and had erroneously suspended my license creating a chain rea ction. Mr. Powers contacted the AG of the NC DMV and resolved my issue very quickly. His effort took all the stress away from me trying to handle the problem and I would recommend him to anyone I know!
