We have an ongoing issue. It's complex because there are several parties involve and we're going through a juggling act. We're waiting on Licensing board investigations but they are delayed and we have no time table as to when they will be finished. Yet the company that caused the issue is try ing to push it to court before the investigations are finished and you really don't know what or when you are going to need the attorney. You come up with important decisions where you just need 2 questions answered. Around here, you call just to try and find an attorney. Most won't even have a conversation long enough to make sure you're comfortable with their experience. No matter what your issue is they tell you they can do it and some even talk about money you can go after but you'll find out it was irrelevant. These same attorneys are more interested in getting your credit card to get money right away versing making sure they can help you. I had found one other lawyer on here that dealt with larger issues but he took the time to speak with me and told me what to do and when I needed to bring a lawyer in. Today is that day so I started my search again. I was so fortunate to find Will DeVore. Again, he answered several important questions today, advised on what to do next and when to bring him in. It's so comforting when you get somebody on the phone that's interesting in hearing your problem and concerned about helping you versus hustling you out of your money. Do yourself a favor, if a lawyer asked you for your credit card to talk to you or schedule an appointment to come in, walk away. Give somebody like Mr. DeVore’s office a call. The prove they care about doing what’s best for everyone instead of just what’s best for themselves regardless.

Hired him to get out of a new construction residential contract after shoddy workmanship by the builder and was getting the run around from them Fred was quick to review the contract and contact and he noted that the contract was not properly ratified by the builder under state law - after a letter went out the builder, we received a full refund of our deposit within 30 days. We will definitely use him in the future! Fred was a true gentleman and very strategic in getting us the best result possible with a minimum amount of time or cost incurred.

Although my case did not take off (not enough evidence) I would recommend Eric 100%. To be honest, I've never been a fan of those in the legal field, but that changed through interactions with Mr. Spengler. There was no arrogance, no flippancy, or glib communication. Instead, a potential client is treated with attentiveness, promptness and good old fashion common courtesy. In fact, Eric Spengler was so professional, that I​ felt guilty for taking up his time. We all hope that we never need legal services, but if you do, I can't praise this gentleman enough.

Ashley was a huge help as my attorney. I was going through a nasty custody agreement and she was able to give me the advice and direction I needed. Absolute Best Attorney around, I recently got myself into a whole mess of trouble and just to start before my court date we had issues with communication due to a phone breaking, and Mr. Litrenta never gave up and continued to try and contact me up until the night before my court date to inform me of my court date which saved my life because I forgot the date. Second, I will never hire another attorney again, recently I had gotten myself into a whole mess of trouble and I was expecting the absolute worst possible outcomes, but with a phone call and a meeting or two we got everything figured out and instead of me walking out with a whole bunch of community service and probation on my head, I just walked out with some fees and it was all taken care of!!! Revelations 21:8 says ALL liars will enter the lake of fire so I am not going to lie. My husband got caught with marijuana down in North Carolina and we live in Ohio. It wasn't really my husband's but his friends well that is what I was told anyways. However he had to go to court and he just starte d a job and couldn't make it so I called Michael and from the beginning he was very outgoing and interested in the case. I wanted my husband to plead guilty and pay the fine, but he said no you should not rollover and this is what I will do for you. So I really liked Michael from the beginning and called another lawyer who was actually 100 dollars cheaper but he did NOT seem interested in the case whatsoever and not really about the people. That guy told me he was out of the office and to call him on Monday, when Michael told me I could call or text him anytime and even gave me his cell phone number and I told my husband about him and his price and we were hooked. He hook sank and caught us but I am so glad he did!! He only charges 1 price and that is just amazing that it's not price per hour or anything like that. Also he will work with you if you don't have the money right away like we didn't. Welp I forgot about it but court had come up and he messaged me telling me he was about to go to court and we had to pay him the other half and I have so much going on around me that I forgot about it and court honestly it just a lot going on. Anywho, the next thing I know he's texting me telling me the case got dismissed and no need for any drug classes or fines! I was so pleased and still am with how personable Michael is. He is really the best lawyer I have seen even in Ohio Florida or Utah well Michigan too. On March 23rd, 2016 I chose Parton and Buckingham based on Avvo scores and information gathered from their website. I'm so glad I did! Their law clerk contacted me within an hour, taking detailed notes of my son's case. Corey Parton contacted me soon after. Based on our phone consultation, he acknowl edged that my son had an unusual case. He was concerned about my being billed fairly; explained his rates and what he would do to keep costs down. Mr. Parton scheduled a prison visit within 5 days to see my son. Remarkable! I work for a high-profile criminal attorney (in another area of the state) so I was very impressed with his response time. I was emailed documents immediately after his prison visit, which is impressive as well. Initially he was hired for a prison visit to check the medical condition of my son; who sustained a traumatic brain injury (out of the country) and was arrested 3/2/2016 in the Atlanta airport (for a probation violation) on his way back into the country to receive medical treatment. Upon his arrest he was not allowed any medications nor was he able to take any of his medical documents. After a 10-day search; we found he had been sent to PCI in Rowan County. Not only did Mr. Parton assess his needs, he made arrangements to have his Probation Violation hearing pushed back in order to prepare adequately. We were told to expect at least 7-9 additional months of incarceration. Imagine my surprise when I received a call on the morning of 5/2/16 saying that my son was being released sometime that afternoon. I can't say enough. I don't know what magic he worked, or if it was just a miracle. However, I will be forever grateful to Mr. Parton for his efforts. For those of you who have no idea who or what to look for in a criminal attorney; Mr. Parton did a fantastic job. It is a rare thing to be able to communicate or receive assistance in a timely manner from an attorney. He was attentive, considerate and fair. I even ended up with a little refund. Wow!
