Mark Jetton is a miracle worker! He represented me on two occasions for charges that (to me) were indefensible and a sure conviction. Mr. Jetton is an ace at the game. Having to get a lawyer is never a good thing but if it ever comes to that, the price is worth it for his service. He's informative, engaging, and always responds when you need to talk. His demeanor in court is a sight to behold. He doesn't demand respect, he's earne d it. I got a speeding ticket in September, 2021. A friend of a relative recommended Mr. Remington. I gathered the necessary paperwork for Mr. Remington to take my case, but days and weeks went by and it never appeared on the court docket. I tried to pay Mr. Remington his minimum fee, just to be sure I had an attorney ready to defend me, but he said he didn’t want me to do so until there was an actual case to defend. Months went by, the court date written on my speeding ticket came and went, and still nothing. I was grateful that it seemed I would not be charged with a speeding conviction after all. Then, out of nowhere in March, 2023 - 1.5 years later! - I received almost 20 letters in the mail from attorneys eager to defend me in an April court date for my speeding ticket. What a shock! I called Mr. Remington’s office and spoke to Blake Miller, whose friendly, professional attitude assured me they would get me through this ridiculous turn of events. I was happily surprised that even though I hadn’t paid a penny to the firm in 2021, Mr. Remington had created a file for me with all of the paperwork I had gathered, so I didn’t have to start all over with that process. I especially appreciated Blake’s speedy responses to my phone and email questions and her reliability. Every time she said she would do something related to my case, she did it and she did it on the timeline she gave me. In the end, Mr. Remington got my case dismissed! I would definitely recommend this law firm!

Brad represented me in an appeal of a DUI conviction and walked the judge through use of video and argument why my traffic stop was improper. He was relentless throughout and the judge ruled in our favor. Brad was so persuasive that the judge was semi-chastising the arresting officer after the decisi on had been rendered. I don’t think I could’ve found anyone better than him and his outstanding assistant Kathryn.
